Ein sehr schönes und zentrales Hotel. Es ist am Abend angenehm ruhig und man bekommt von den Parties nicht so viel mit, aber ist binnen 10 Minuten bei allen guten Lokalen (auch zum feiern). Sehr schöne Innenausstattung und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.

Wir haben diverse Zimmer im LaBella ausprobiert und waren mit allen zufrieden. Besonders war natürlich die Villa mit dem privaten Pool. Es war absolut sauber und schön eingerichtet! Wir wollten eigentlich nur 2 Nächte bleiben sind aber 9 geblieben, da wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Sunny, Gani, Amir & Anton machen einen perfekten Job! Mit ihrer tollen Art und Weise haben wir uns nach 3 Tagen wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben immer wieder verlängert und das auch dank den Leuten ❤️ egal worum es ging, es wurde immer geholfen oder organisiert und das ohne irgendwelche Aufpreise etc. mit diesem Team hat der Hotelbesitzer unglaubliches Glück! Man merkt wie gerne sie diesen Job machen. Dazu ist niemand aufdringlich und drängt einen ständig eine Bewertung abzugeben. Das haben wir oft anders erlebt und schätzen das daher sehr, denn die meisten Touristen hassen es so bedrängt zu werden. Daher sind meines Erachtens die Bewertungen hier aus Überzeugen geschrieben ! Das Restaurant carpe Diem hat leckeres Essen und sehr leckere Kuchen! Auch dort waren alle Mitarbeiter einfach so nett! Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einem Lächeln unf warmen Worten begrüßt. Danke besonders Joy! Zu guter letzt der Spa nebenan. Die Preise sind liegen ein ganz klein wenig höher als woanders, allerdings spiegelt das auch die Qualität wieder. Nach meiner ersten Massage bei Omar, bin ich jeden Tag wiedergekommen. Ich habe noch nie eine so gute Massage genossen! Danke dafür! Dir Lage vom Hotel ist super, ein eigener Strandanschnitt von dem man direkt los schnorcheln kann. Nicht weit weg vom Hafen um zu laufen. Allerdings soweit weg das es angenehm ruhig ist nachts. Fahrräder werden bei Bedarf organisiert und das zum gleichen Preis wie direkt an der Straße.

Das Personal war hervorragend! Extrem freundlich und jederzeit aufmerksam und hilfsbereit gegenüber allen Gästen gleichermassen.

The one room villa along with the pool that we stayed is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place I have stayed in across the world. The rooms are big pool is clean the outdoor seating is too well designed to give it the perfect atmosphere. The food at Carpe Diem restaurant was also nice with beach side seating. The staff specially Denzel and Amir were very warm and made us feel at home. Denzel with his long memory of the history and culture of BALI and Gili was a wonderful company to chat over breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast menu could have a little more variety but it still was a good breakfast

Poder salir de la habitacion y saltar al agua y apreciar tortugas marinas el personal fue muy atento y cordial todo el tiempo muy buena experiencia tanto asi que extendimos nuestra estadia

Los problemas electricos creo que no serian tan molestos si contaran con un generador que puediera proveer energia a todas las instalaciones, de hecho, no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno completo debido a que no tenian agua caliente para las preparaciones.

The location of the hotel is perfect for avoiding the noise of the bars and restaurants, it’s very quiet during the night but during the day has a lot of ambience. The personnel is fantastic, they provide you with towels for the beach and allow you to stay in the beach beds if you’re staying at the hotel. Also the food in their restaurant (Carpe Diem) is quite good (highlighting ice coffee and deserts). The rooms are big and clean, we stayed at a private Villa with swimming pool and was amazing.

The location was good for us, out of the main part of the town so it was quiet at night mostly except for loud people in the unit next door one night. We thought we chose well.

That the lights in the courtyard area couldn’t be turned off in the room. From what we were told these lights were on one switch controlled by reception. A couple of nights they graciously turned them off which was kind but there were 3 nights that they remained on which interfered with a good rest.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The reviews prior to selecting this place were accurate. The staffs were all super helpful and caring especially Ricky. When I was late to arrive he called to ensure my transport was taking me to the correct place. Dinner at carpe Diem was good although I wish the breakfast was better as it was just meh. Location of the hotel was perfect. In front of turtle snorkeling spot and away from the noisy bars with live bands. Would I stay here again, absolutely yes

We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa and it was amazing. Everything looks fresh and renovated. Lovely staff.

The food from their cafe is not good. The breakfast is okay but the other options at the menu I dont recommend, there are much better place nearby. They dont sell alcohol but is easy to find at the restaurants and grocery stories surrounding.

The friendliness of the manager and employees. Was so welcoming.
