Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds. Great location and added bonus of car parking.

Due to change in weather apartment was quite cold. Managed to operate all heaters except main bedroom - no instructions available. Also, didn't realise until 2nd day that the water heater wasn't on, so only cold water up to that point as instructions said it was on a timer. All OK after that though :)

The flat wes very nice and comforble it was a bit of noises from the flat unstair'

what I did fine was the air frasher the was in the flat I had to put into a cupboard as if my husband was to stay in that flat for 2 or 3 hours he would have been on the floor and in hospital as he had a bad reaction to them and they are not good for my asthma. check with tenants before they vist your flat.

its an older building and therefore sound insulation is poor. You shared muted conversations and TV with adjoining apartments. I would say its better suited to 2 x people since storage is restricted. The car parking space is fine provided your car is no bigger than a Toyota Corolla. A vehicle any longer would be partially blocking the entrance for other vehicles.

Location is superb, just a few minutes walk into the harbour at Brixham. The flat is small, but for a holiday and compared to a hotel room is a really good space, and is very well appointed. We came with nothing, but were still able to make a cup of tea and there were welcome cookies. The kitchen is well kitted out and great for self catering. All in all a great stay.

Parking for flat 3 is tight for a large SUV, but we got used to it by the end of the stay. The flat also has a bit of a feel of damp. The electric heaters took some working out how to put them on, this could be simplified as we had to hunt for the instruction books.
