Wonderful location and comfortable stay for a family

Our adult children and us (5people total) spent a week at this house in July. The house was lovely & plenty big enough for us to be comfortable. Great location. Quiet neighborhood even with the proximity to the beach. Host was very attentive & quick to respond to any questions or needs. I hope to be able to return for another visit soon!

A beautiful home located just across the street from the beach. The house is as described, clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy The yard was nicely landscaped and the deck was great to sit outside. There was plenty of parking. Host was always available to answer any questions before, during and after our stay (we left something behind). We would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 5 women here to do a writing retreat, and the big, comfortable couch, the outdoor table, and the beach across the street were our landing spots. What a wonderful space.

Enjoyed the house and location across the street from beach that was peaceful and friendly from early morning to evening for beach combing and long walks. We used the kitchen for cooking meals at times and deck barbecue for lobster and fish from local market . Extra attraction was ice cream shop at restaurant about a block away, open till 9 pm!

This house is very nice, and just as described in the listing. It is spacious and well supplied with everyday stuff that you might need. While it was a bit too chilly this time of year for us to utilize all of the beach equipment available in the outdoor storage closet, I had a look in there and it had lots of chairs, etc. But even this time of year it was still nice to take walks down by the beach, which is directly across the street from this house. The location is great; on a quiet stretch of beach road, yet not too far from Rt 28 where you can get to everything. The owner, Alex, was super helpful, and very prompt in replying to any questions I had both before deciding to book, and then during the trip time itself ... and this included extensive helpful information he sent a few days before our arrival with restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do on the Cape. All in all we had a very good time on our stay, and in no small part due to the very nice accommodations at this home! I highly recommend!

This property is located steps from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. The house is spacious and homey, very well maintained and includes all amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I loved that it has both dish washer and washer/dryer.

Alex’s home was the perfect stay for our family vacation down the Cape. The location is unbeatable- you walk across the street to Sea View beach, which is Great neighborhood beach. It’s so easy to walk back and forth during the day, it was ideal for our family with adults and small children. The house itself was wonderful- clean, comfortable, and great shower pressure. The back porch stays breezy to get a break from the sun, and the neighborhood is great for morning walks. Skippers restaurant is a two minute walk for great seafood and drinks! Could not recommend this rental more!

Very clean comfortable place across the road from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the Skipper Restaurant (very good food - including good salads for my vegan friends - and we loved the ice cream). Close to lots of activities for the kids (ages 1 1/2 to 9). The ocean was warm and it was either calm or had small waves so the young kids who had never been to the ocean loved it. There are a lot of rocks, so I suggest wearing water shoes. One day we got fresh fish and (gluten free!) stuffed clams at nearby Andrea's West Yarmouth Fish & Lobster. Some of us drove to P-Town, went to the National Seashore, and saw a lot of whales breeching on a whale watching tour. The manager/owner came right away to help us unlock a door that the kids locked by mistake.

Alex was very helpful and always there to explain any questions you may have. This property is well maintained with every amenities you would you need. Perfect quiet location with the beach right across the street. I highly recommend this delightful vacation home.

The property was everything advertised. We had 4 generations and everyone had space. Bring across from the beach was great for family walks. Also our dog loved the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed the park and swings. Also family trip to the Pirate Museum on a rainy day was fun for all. Alex was great. We run our our VRBO and know the work that goes into making a great experience. Alex made our stay fantastic. !!

Great refrigerator with ice machine and water in the door. Beds were super comfortable and, according to Google, 11 minutes away from many things! (Rt 28 is super close) We loved being able to walk right across the street to the ocean. Easy to catch the sun rises and sun sets over the sea. Nice deck out back where we had our morning tea/coffee... We lucked out with stunning weather the first week in October.... Great neighborhood for jogging, too. This is the ideal property for our family. (We are repeat customers 😊) Beach right across the street and backyard outdoor space for eating and hanging out. The owner is very helpful with anything special we might need. The home is very clean and living areas (kitchen, living room, dining) are very spacious and comfortable. The design worked perfect, as our oldest daughter and her family (with baby) stayed at one end of the home and my husband and I and our other daughter stayed upstairs on the other end of the house. It was very quiet- worked out great! We are already looking forward to next year!

My family and I stayed at this fabulous home for a week in August. The house has so much to offer! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large kitchen and living space was perfect for my family. The proximity to Seaview Beach can't be beat. The house is close to everything you need to have a perfect cape beach vacation. Alex and Valentina were amazing! The are gracious hosts and were very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Directly across the street from a public beach. The beach is on the small side and was crowded on Saturday, but was great midweek. House is a good size for group of 8-10 people. Would definitely stay again.

The house was completely as described....perfect for 4 adults and 3 grandchildren. The kds got a thrill running room to room to claim their bedroom !The large dining room table allowed all of us to sit together for family meals. The living room was very accommodating to seat all of us comfortably. Easy access to the beach, and the outdoor hot and cold water shower was a nice touch after a day on the sand and in the ocean The hosts of the property take pride in their home and were readily available if needed. Definitely fit our search for a family friendly home, with a full kitchen and steps away from the beach !

They also gave us dining recommendations in the area! The access to the beach is great, the deck is beautiful, and the house is so close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend it!
