Amazing time would 100% come again

Am avut o vacanta super tare, vila foarte frumoasa, cu o piscina perfecta pentru a te relaxa, camerele cu un mobilier modern si frumos. Mobila practic noua, pastrata bine. Recomand cu incredere tuturor.

Stunning location. Spacious living area with a pool was great for children and the villa was in walking distance of the beach and lots of local tavernas. We had a few problems with the appliances in the kitchen not working but this was minor.

The house was fantastic for us - beautiful pool, beautiful view. Quiet. Fabulous for quality time together as a family!

avons apprécié: -l'accueil chaleureux et généreux (panier garni) offert par Thanos -la propreté irréprochable grâce à Mme 'Litza' -photos et descriptif reflétant parfaitement la réalité -panorama magnifique depuis les balcons ou le jardin -piscine, pelouse et plantations très bien entretenues -le calme absolu du quartier -maison vivante avec l'empreinte des locataires précédents ayant laissé des provisions dans les armoires et le réfrigérateur points d'amélioration: -éclairages défectueux (ex: ampoules cassées ou manquantes dans certaines salles de bain) -irrégularité du débit d'eau aux robinets -solidité des lunettes de WC -lave-vaisselle peu performant Très bonne adresse.

Et flott hus liggende litt utenfor Theologos. Herlig bassengområde, utekjøkken og alle fasiliteter tilgjengelig. Egne folk som tok seg av hage, basseng og skifte av sengetøy og håndklær. Rolig område, fint for barn, men kanskje litt for lang avstand til spisesteder. Med små barn ble vi veldig avhengig av bil. Litt lite å finne på for større barn. Idylliske små strender i nærheten, og gode muligheter for treningsturer. Fint utgangspunkt for utfart til Athen og Delphi. Vi hadde alt i alt et herlig opphold.

Na een vlucht van ruim 3 uur kwamen we aan in het prachtige Athene. Met een huurauto hebben we een mooie rit gemaakt van anderhalf uur. Bij aankomst in het dorp Theologos heeft Nick ons naar de villa begeleid. Het was een warm welkom! De villa is werkelijk prachtig en het uitzicht ook. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en het ontbreekt je aan niets. Heerlijk zwembad waar wij, maar voornamelijk de kinderen, van genoten hebben. Het plaatsje Theologos is klein en naast de vele (prima) restaurants is er niet veel te beleven. De mensen zijn bijzonder aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Nick z'n lokale vriend John heeft ons wegwijs gemaakt en bij verschillende mensen geïntroduceerd - bedankt John!! Wat heerlijk is het toch om 's morgens vis van een lokale handelaar te kopen en die dan 's avonds op de prachtige buitenbarbecue te grillen. Let wel, vis dat die ochtend gevangen is! Dear Thanos, We had a great time in your beautiful and very well kept house. Although we were six adults and six children (10-13) it worked out with the 4 bedrooms very well. The three double bedrooms are beautiful. Our six children shared the two floor bedroom and enjoyed it. Many thanks also to the maid Litsa who is a very pleasant and warm person. We can definitely recommend a stay in the villa Titina at Theologos. Best regards Saxo, family and friends

Luxurious, but with a warm and welcoming ambience, the villa is beautifully appointed and decorated, very comfortable with plenty of space for 10. The view is stunning, the pool is absolutely fabulous, with the lovely barbecue and outdoor area an added surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Villa Titina is a lovely home in the lovely and very welcoming village of Theologos. We were 2 families with 7 children (ages 12-22) and all enjoyed the stay. Many memories that will last a lifetime were made at Villa Titina. Definitely recommend!!!

La villa Titina à Theologos est un véritable havre de paix, propre et très bien entretenue. Décorée avec goût, la maison propose un confort de haut standing. La villa est grande, spacieuse, lumineuse et entièrement climatisée. La piscine est très agréable et l'espace de vie extérieur est très bien pensé. Nous sommes restés en famille pendant 10 jours dans cette superbe demeure et n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. La vue sur la mer est simplement somptueuse. Nick, le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour répondre à la moindre question. Une résidence à recommander à tout groupe souhaitant des vacances au calme dans un endroit splendide. Villa Titina at Thelogos is a real fantastic place to stay, clean and well maintained. With a high decoration focus, the house offers a high standard of comfort. The villa is modern, spacious, bright, fully equipped and fully air conditioned. The pool is very nice and the outdoor living space is very well thought out. We stayed in this magnificent home with my family for 10 days and have not had any bad surprise. The sea view is simply breathtaking. Nick, the owner, is very kind and always available to answer any questions. A residence to recommend to anyone wishing a quiet holiday in a beautiful region.

we were 3 families spending a 10 days vacation in this Villa and we had an amazing time. This is a very beautifully decorated Villa that can accommodate a large group of people. Everything in the villa (furniture, equipment and even linens) is in very high quality, and nothing was missing. The website description is very accurate, and the villa is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, except for the amazing sea view which is even much nicer in reality. The first impression when you enter the villa is WOW! Nick & Thanos' hospitality is exceptional. They gave us plenty of useful information before our trip, catered to our every need during the stay (with 3 babies, we had a lot of special requests...) and Nick made us feel right at home. Theologos is a very nice village - there are not many tourists and we liked that a lot. There are many restaurants and bars on the main beach strip, and there are also very small and quiet beaches in the area, even 1 in walking distance from the house. I would definitely recommend this villa for a great family vacation. Thanks Nick & Thanos!

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Titina. We are 3 families (12 people), children ages from 10-20, but the villa was really comfortable for us. We got perfectly the same as it is on the photos. The house and the rooms are beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully equipped, but off course most of the time we used the marvelous terrace and amazing pool. The view is unique. We also enjoyed the nice and quiet beach, which is very close to the villa. Theologos is a quiet village, but it comes with all that is need for a good holiday and Athén , Delfi are close to drive there for a one day trip. Our holiday was amazing and we really hope to come back again. We can honestly recommend the villa for a fantastic holiday. We had a splendid holiday at this adorable house that has everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. All of our wishes we fulfilled by the owner and would most certainly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

At VILLA TITINA we spent 8 relaxing days with our kids and in laws.We were 6 adults 2 teenagers and 4 children aged 3,4,6,and 7 years old. Although we were a very diverse group covering a wide range of ages,we never felt that we were squeezed at this very beautifull house. The house provided all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable living, starting from the bathrooms (nicely decorated),the bedrooms,the living room and the outside area of the house. In spite of the above, we most of the time had lunch or dinner at the local taverns,since every one of us preffered a different food. The area provides lots of caffes, bars which are within easy reach from the house. The location of the house is fantastic, the view outstanding and the silence of the location very enjoyable, as we all come from very noisy big cities. After midnight, most of the time, we were watching the fishing boats sailing back for mooring at the small harbour of Theologos,where the fisher men sell the catch of the day to the locals right from the fishing boat. Averall, our stay at the VILLA TITINA, was an enjoyable and relaxing vacation week. I strongly reccommend potential family renters to live this vacation experience. As a group, we would like to thank Thanos (the owner) for having us at his beautifull house. At our next visit to Greece,we will consider positively staying at VILLA TITINA again. We spent one week at the VILLA TITINA in central Greece and had a great time with our two kids & a friend couple with their two kids.We found the house in a better situation as the site describes & the available space was exactly as had been described by the owner.The space in house is big enough to accommodate 8 adults and the living room continued by the kitchen in an open plan manner made our life easier as we could all sit and relax watching the sea through the big opening windows. The whole house is built and decorated with a very eclectic taste as the house was made for the owners only. The linens & towels provided, were of the best quality I could imagine for a rental house.As I have been traveling in most of the world & staying at very expensive hotels, I could rate the household service, as one of the best I ever had.The owners have done a fantastic job in maintaining their house in such a maticulus situation. The exterior of the house is big ennough for both adults and kids being together but not disturb each other's activities.The BBQ area is ideal for those who enjoy to kook their own meat on the charcoal with all the amenities nescessary even for professional kooks. At the description of the house it was written that this is a place for those who wish to hear only the "sound of silence" I reckoned that this is the best descrition for the location, as this is very true for the site. The little surprises offered to us by the owner, gave an extra value to our stay at this beautifull house. The greater location of up to 15min drive, made our life much easier when we needed to taste local delicacies at the local tavernas ny the beach, for fresh fish or meat. We had the opportunity to drive to historical sites,as some of us being in Greece for the first time,within the same day and admired some of the world's best monuments. Since, one week in Greece is not enough for exploring a lot, we definitely get back to VILLA TITINA, for more fun & relax.The owner- THANOS- was always available when we needed him for assisstance/advice.
