The lovely host and her daughter are just amazing. We had an really awesome stay - it felt like at home with Mama. Both are superkind, always there to answer and give their best to make your stay and you vacation to an amazing expierence. The Guesthouse is located not to far away from the beach, but away from the busy main road. The room was huge and we loved the two beds with the mosquito nets. The air condition worked perfect. If you look for an cozy, clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay - go there! We will come back one day!

This heavenly place is the best you can find in Mirissa. Clean spacious rooms, all conditions, a kitchen on each floor, Wi-Fi and cozy seating areas and a beautiful view from the roof. But I think the main advantage is the hostess Irisha. She is kind, open, honest and caring. Here you feel at home. Would highly recommend to anyone - you can't find a better place

The owner is very helpful we had a great breakfast as we wanted exactly, Breakfast was amazing!She did more than our expectations. The room was clean and the staff took such great care in making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Just a 5/10min walk to Mirissa Beach.Calm and quite place,I think we really picked the best place we could have in Mirissa Thank you!!

very friendly service with affordable rates.rooms are so clean and covered with all the amenities. delicious breakfast too. Amazing breakfast. Lunch and dinner also available - I had both and they were very good.... also a little kitchen where we can prepare our own food if you wish. Lovely room, comfortable and cozy. Excellent location with very friendly staff. Value for money. The shower pressure was very good and I had no issues with the WiFi.

Location was overall good. The accommodation is in a pretty quiet place but in a walking distance from the main road and the beach. The young lady who helps to run the guest house was very kind. Nice big terrace (shared though). We asked for adding one more desk in our room and It was no problem to manage it.

EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. We were soo dissapointed as the reviews were very good but I am sorry: It was the worst accommodation we have had during our 6 week stay in Sri Lanka. Everything was dirty (desk, toilet, mirror, cups and kettle we got served tea in..everything except bed and linen which were clean). You can have a look at photos. The worst thing though was a disgusting and intense bad smell in our room which combined mold and stale. It was probably caused by not having guests in that particular room for a long time (covid) but we booked the accommodation 2 days before our arrival - I guess it is enough time to open windows at least (Because exactly after 2 days of our stay with opened windows and doors as much as possible, it got better.) However, they just put very very small effort to keep the accommodation clean. I was literally scared to drink from their cups and touch the desk in the room. There was kind of mold under the plaster in the bathroom. The breakfast was under average (can compare with other stays in Sri Lanka). I do not know if the owner has changed or we just had bad luck, but the reality at the moment of our stay was absolutely different than the reviews.

Great location close to the beach, yet quiet. Really lovely, relaxed property with comfortable, spacious en-suite rooms. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Amazing breakfast. Lunch and dinner also available - I had both and they were very good.... also a little kitchen where you can prepare your own food if you wish. The best thing about the property was our host Iresha - she is amazing! So I was there under difficult circumstances- under curfew with the Coronavirus. A sad end to my month in Sri Lanka - which had been amazing up until my last week with everything going on. It was a difficult, unsettling time for everyone but Iresha made us feel very relaxed and welcome here. She couldn’t have done any more. Also she makes the best roti bread in Sri Lanka. I hope to visit again in the future in better circumstances. Thank you so much for everything!

I stayed here for my first days as a solo traveller in Sri Lanka and it was a good choice because Iresha and Lahiru were so welcoming and Iresha really looked after me. I have loads of dietary requirements but Iresha made sure I had a delicious breakfast each day with loads to eat and remembered what I liked. She checked I was OK, brought me a fresh watermelon juice when I was a bit overwhelmed by the heat and also gave me a lift to get the bus. It's a great location and nice and quiet (except for Poya day but that was actually great because we were right in the middle of the celebrations at the temple just round the corner). The room was good for this type of guest house and was really good value. I was also doing a bit of remote working while I was here and the wifi was great. Would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom windows were open to the outside so I kept the bathroom door shut to avoid bugs coming in to the bedroom.
