- good breakfast including cereals, toast and egg and fruit
- located near to the city center
- noisy aircon
- had to pay directly upon checkin
- only one power plug in the whole room (apart from the one for the fridge)
- (bath)room not really clean and bed a little smelly
- this was our seventh hotel in Sri Lanka and we have seen a lot nicer places for half the price. I don't want to say that everything is bad, but the price is way too high for what you get

Ideal location for the town and beach at Mirissa.
Breakfast was a plentiful, yoghourt, cereals, eggs, toast and a wonderful fruit platter. Unlimited tea and coffee!
The garden area was limited but hey you can't have everything. It was nice to be situated in the original fisherman town houses.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay there again. :)

Great place to stay in Mirissa. Just 5 min walk to the beach. Very nice owners & staff, stylish and comfy rooms, nice garden and great breakfast.
Water pressure in the shower could be higher. Wi-Fi is a bit unstable. Breakfast time is only 9 to 10 am.

Rooms are stylish and clean
Very strange staff. We had arranged to extend our stay and the hostess assured us that they would come in the morning and tell us if it was possible to extend, but when I went to her myself in the morning she said I was late and should have come 5 minutes earlier. She pretended that no conversation had taken place.

Great value for the money. Excellent location. Nice breakfast. The owner was very nice and thoughtful; she proactively took care of our valuables while we were out and servicemen were repairing the AC in our room.
Also they have a very cute wienerdog!!

I definitely recommend this guest house for living: convenient location (5 minutes walk to the beach), while the hotel is in a quiet place. The breakfasts are delicious, including fruits. I especially want to emphasize the hospitality of the hosts. These are the kindest people we have met! During our stay, our flight home was canceled, the owners of the hotel, seeing our frustration, tried in every possible way to help us solve this problem. thank you very much. As a result, we flew home well - the airline changed our tickets for free with transit through the UAE. Good guests, health and well-being to you!

After touring Sri Lanka for 3 weeks this was one of the nicest stays we had. You can tell how much love the owner and the team put in this house. Because of the high quality this is also a good value for the money.

Basic rooms but very clean. The little balconies are nice to sit out on as it is a very quiet location. You can walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants etc. Lovely couple who run it are very helpful.

The rooms were well equipped with everything you need including comfy chairs to sit on, air con, drying rack and hot showers! Lovely relaxing and quiet place to stay, and the breakfasts are amazing!

Everything is exceptional about the hotel. Excellent location, just 2 minutes on foot from picturesque Mirissa Beach. Waking up to the sounds of birds, chipmunks and many more local animal creatures can help to recharge quickly. But what makes this place really special is the memories that take you back to the time thanks to the fantastic hosts - very kind, helpful and considerate people. Always feel like second home there.

unfortunately the owner, rude attitude when we told them about an issue in the room, not customer service oriented.
many ants in the bathroom, vanity faucet leaking on the counter, room is not cleaned daily, towels not changed.

Nice quiet area but a very short walk to Mirissa beach, the hosts were amazing and really looked after us. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Air con worked well. The breakfast was good and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Mums kitchen 100 yards away was one of our favourites. All in all a little gem and highly recommended

SriMany is a great place to base yourself in Mirissa, 50 meters to the beach and the town is close by as well. Accommodation was great with a real family atmosphere with our hosts ensuring a great time. SriMany also Booked a whale watch as well for us.

This is our second visit here and hopefully won’t be our last, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious, served in the garden under sunshades, the location is perfect two minute walk to the beach, the staff are very polite and helpful but keep them selves to themselves when not needed, all in all we love it here
