The best thing about the hotel was its location near the station. Also not too far from the centre of the city. It's relative recent construction helped it maintain a modern air.

The entrance was appalling. Impossible for a disabled person. No services provided ostensibly because it was a weekend. No breakfast, no cleaning, no rubbish removal (we had to take a bag of rubbish to the station looking for somewhere to put it). Luckily the entry code for the door worked otherwise we would have been stuck as no information about any alternative was given.

Modern building with few redeeming features. And has not aged gracefully. Given the great beauty of the historical areas. Bed probably needs attention. Not that comfortable. But minor issue I stayed 2 nights and if price right good value for money

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with our luggage and storing our bikes. Breakfast was good and the hotel is close to the centre..

Quite tricky to find the entrance.

Location is perfect. Right next to the station in the centre of Nancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with top tips for the area. Room was spotlessly clean and a nice size.

Double bed on the small side (usual in France). Entrance is a bit makeshift (temporary metal steps).

During the rain there was a constant noise behind the window.

The hotel is calm, clean and well situated for exploration of Nancy as well as close to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. There’s also an underground parking right next to the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful with all my requests and provided me with very useful information about the facilities, shops and eating places in the area. The tram and train stations are also nearby. I warmly recommend this place.

The service is very good and the room was sparkling clean.

The building is old, it really needs renovation.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance - currently there are construction works on the side walk there

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station and the public transport (bus, tram). A 10 min walk from Place Stanislas. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. There was also a small kitchen available, which was very nice.

They dont change the trash bags, not even in the bathroom, you have to take out the trash yourself. If you need the room cleaned while you are there a fee of 27 euros/clean-up will apply.
