We knew this location we choose to stay at and were extremely happy with the unit we got! The unit was older but clean and comfy! We went with my Daughter and her husband and son, and was plenty of room for all of us! The living area was perfect for us to hang and have a relaxing time! We love the convenience of the walk to the beach and were there daily! The view was AMAZING! We did have an issue with the drains being plugged, but we sent a service request and they came out within the day and took care of the issue! Only issue we had was part of a walkway to our unit was being maintenance during our stay and the elevator was out 1/2 the time and being on the 3 floor was a pain. Had to walk through another building to get to another elevator! This has no reflection on the fact that the unit we stayed at was awesome and we would definitely come back!

This unit has two balconies looking at beach and pier. Interior nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. Property has a great pool and a hot tub. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and the koi pond is a highlight.

Very nice! Beautiful condo. View was wonderful overlooking the strand in Oceanside. Just know there is no AC. Was toasty one day as it was hottest day in summer but there was plenty of fans. Just one day warm but then weather/condo was perfect! Harbor you can walk to. Good restaurants and whale/dolphin watching. Close to train. Beautiful pool and hot tub but overran with kids. They were having a blast though. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this property. It’s the second time we stayed here and would continue to come back. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The property had many great amenities to keep the grandkids entertained. Definitely a five star location that I highly recommend.

Traveled with 4 adults + 2 kids there was plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect with easy access to 2 different beaches. Walking distance to the pier and the marina. Condo was well stocked and owner communication was great! Would love to stay again!

This condo is immaculate. We felt very comfortable making ourselves at home. The view is perfect from the balcony and very easy beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was a must stay! From the set up of two balconies, the distance of just a few steps (literally) to the beach, and the centralized location of this place, it was heaven. We had no issues, although parking underground was a little tricky and they are very picky about it. The parking space for this unit barely fit an SUV between a pole and another car. Besides that, the pier is within easy walking distance, shopping, restaurants, you name it it was available and all within walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again!

It was a nice place with ocean view. I only wished the pillows were not too squishy, but the bed was pretty comfortable. I highly recommended.

We loved our week in this unit! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and neat. The views were great as well! Just one thing to mention. There is only one assigned parking place so guests will need to park in the outside lot at a cost of $7 per day.

Dishes in cupboard were dirty. Some were greasy, others had food stuck to them. General areas appeared clean, but some stuff was dusty. Great location! Beach access is easy. Sunrise & sunset from balcony was awesome.

This was our first time to spend the first 2 weeks in November, as we were down for a very special birthday party. This was the first time we stayed in D304 as we usually stay in the F building. We loved the location of this unit and all it’s amenities. The only complaint we had was the upstairs slider screen was off the track. Management sent someone right over to fix it. But the fix didn’t last long. Hopefully they can have the screen replaced before the next tenants. North Coast Villiage is a beautiful condo development, but like the rest of us it’s getting old and somethings don’t work like they used to; namely the elevators. When we arrived neither of the elevators worked. We had to call the office three different times to fix the elevator. One time when it wasn’t working we had frozen groceries that we had to hand carry up the stairs to the third floor. Hopefully in time NCV will renovate all the elevators. But other than that we LOVED our unit and had a wonderful time so close to the beach.

This property is perfect for our family. The check in and check out process is easy. Our needs were met, one of the beach chairs was broken and was replaced quickly by the management company.

This was our second stay in this particular unit. The only complaint was that it was unusually humid for the area, which made the condo temp very uncomfortable during the day with no AC. There were many fans available to use that did help, and the unit cooled down nicely in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

There was absolutely no parking when we arrived. All parking was barricaded due to resurfacing. No one told us this. We were told by the guard to park in the city parking lot and pay the parking fee. Carpets were dirty and very stained. Balcony Screen door did not open easily. Some fans did not work on one of the most humid days this year. Some Furniture was worn, especially wooden coffee table and end tables, tv stand etc. Front door does not lock when you shut it. You have to use the key to lock the door. No one told us this. We came back from dinner and found the room unlocked. That’s how we found out. There were no luggage carts. Had to make several trips to the room when checking in. After checking in, Parking was under the building next door rather than under ours. We did manage to have a good time and look forward to coming back. We would just choose another unit besides D304.

I have stayed many times at No. Coast and the furnishing have always shown so much wear and tear. The Ocean view us adequate. Everything you will need for a nice vacation is provided. Stairs are a little steep but the climb is worth it for the lovely bedroom and bath up there.
We enjoyed the place very much and you will too. Elevator is a big PLUS.
