Probably the staff
Expensive for just one sublet, and the breakfast is the worst. They will provide 3 idli and 1 vada(worth around 40rs) from nearby restaurant.

Like the proximity to Tirumala entry point. No restaurant in-house, but available very near 50 meters walking distance.
Car parking was available both outside and inside the property, not an issue. Loved the early check-in and very budget-friendly. View from the room windows was amazing, facing the Seven Hills. Friendly staff and very helpful when approached. Reached the room late around 12:30 AM after dharshan and a staff was immediately out to help with parking. Overall, enjoyed the stay and facilities.

Restroom was leaking, fan and AC was not working properly. My one room was small however I was charged for same rates for both the rooms. My breakfast was included however I was charged for coffee. There were insects around

Amazing Service from Riyas Grand hotel.
Especially the management staff are really very polite and very decent, calm and clean room with all the facilities.
Over all I feel it's nice hotel to visit again 😊

ac is not working , for extra bed no sheet provided ( I meant quilt ) . after I asked in reception there was no response instead they argued that no sheets will be provided . they tried to convince me giving some used personal blankets

charging pins available only one in the room. Place is far from center.Manager switched off the main Hence we couldn't get hot water from geaser.No room service. TV is available but it was not recharged.
