No complementary breakfast for the guest through booking.com

Receptionist asked so many questions about my stay alone in hotel. I don't understand, in which century I'm living. I had dharshan tickets and travel tickets with all of my ID proofs. Untill she saw me with shaved head, so many doubts on me..very worst presumption on ladies who are all travelling alone for work and personal.

We liked the location of the hotel, its ambience, the travel desk, the staffs were cooperative, room service and house keeping was good. Overall we liked everything in PLR during our stay.

The check in time is 12 pm. However the check in time should have multiple times slots given that it's a pilgrimage city.

Staffs very well behaved and helpful. Food is good taste and quantity

The room I booked said 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. But actually they gave 1 double bed only. When asked about it they provided an extra mattress! For complementary dinner room service is not provided
