Location. Bar hours
Upon checking in I was told I could not pay cash as holding deposit which I have done at many hotels in past. I don’t have a credit card and was told that I could not book in and they’d try to find my alternate accom. Unfortunately there was a conference in town and there was no other. I was happy to fine them more than the requested hold in cash which they can keep in envelope in safe as done before but no. Manager then came out and told me to find elsewhere. I’d bkd this accom months before. I was aghast with onlookers behind me. SO. WHEN IS KEGAL TENDER NOT LEGAL TENDER ANYMORE ! Please look in to this. Thank you

The property was very luxurious, staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. The facilities were great. Zacks restaurant at the hotel has a tasty menu , the meals are huge and delicious.
Only negative would be no undercover parking, but parking is still secure.

Tea and coffee weren't replaced when they made up my room, stayed for 3 nights, not a biggie though

it’s a beautiful establishment, clean and neat. Great position in the city centre
the parking could have a card when staying there to make it easier to get in and out. otherwise the place is fantastic
