No aircon

Fantastic staff Meriane is incredibly friendly and accommodating to all the people tayingat the hotel.

This is budget accommodation at its finest. It's quiet and clean and in a very convenient location. The zero-contact check-in process was new to me and I didn't mind it one bit. Even though the place was apparently packed, I didn't see or hear any of the other guests the whole time I was there.

A fridge and/or microwave in the communal kitchen area would have been handy - the kitchen is literally just a bench with a sink in it.

price was charged dbl rate for one single stay. the bookings .com said would refund money or discount heavily and didn’t. management then said bookings.com was responsible, has left me short. so that dampened stay with management and communication with web site bookings not leaving customers with 100 guarantee or service. the facility, location cleaning staff and long term residence and other people on short stays I met there made up for all down fall. with life long Christian friends/ family I met there.

Cockaroaches everywhere

Zero hot water in showers morning or night

Noisy, walls paper thin so could hear all conversations and movements of neighbouring guests. Hot water wasn’t working in womens showers. Don’t expect much from this establishment.

Pleasant smell of cleanliness on arrival. Lovely & clean. 🙂

We stayed here already a few times and never had a Problem.

Now apparently the cleaner found Last time something in the rubbish he didn't like(Alkohol ist allowed in this place) . That he sniffs in your rubbish after you leave the place, is disgusting to know anyway espacially as a girl. Not to mention his disgusting behavior towards us. Room was dusty and was drowened in Air refreshner, additional the showers Switch from cold to hot to cold and the pressure is not the best aswell. Everything was always okay to us but we are not accepting beeing insulted and lied aboud by one overtrained bossy cleaner. And in all rooms that are not close to the balcony you can here the while night the wissle of the Pipes, very romantic...

The mattress on the bed, it was hard and I could feel the springs! 😥

they advertised free parking but it was just on street parking the entrance was a dark alley the room was very hot with no aircon I couldn’t use the tv as there were no instructions there was no on-site staff to assist the person slamming doors until after midnight the drunk man in the wine s bathrooms at 4 am

Good location

There were several cockroaches in the bedroom. For a backpackers, for that is what it seemed to be it is very expensive

It was extremely dirty and unsanitary. We did not stay and I've been chasing Booking.com for a refund or some compensation.
