L’insonorisation , la propreté qui laisse très à désirer et l’infrastructure qui est très vieillissante voir très dangereuse.

Great location! One of the best beaches in the island with a lot of corals fishes even small sharks , great Cristal blue water and nice sand. The rooms are in front of the beach or in the second or third row.

The rooms are not the best but for that price is worth it.

Sin duda la ubicación es lo mejor, seguido por la atención del personal que son muy majos todos.

Las habitaciones, de madera vieja, sucias en general, anticuadas y por eternas escaleras.

Mis à part le personnel très sympa et serviable et l’emplacement, cet hôtel n’est pas recommandable.

J’ai pris une chambre à un tarif supérieur en espérant avoir un grand lit ce qui n’était pas le cas. L’odeur d’égout dans la chambre est insupportable. La nourriture au restaurant est infâme. Seul point positif le personnel très serviable.

Nothing, it was a very low level resort.

Breakfast, even if included, was terrible (jam open with mosquitos around) and overall everything was very unclean. Rooms were very low, with unclean blankets, and you could hear everything from outside.

Perfect location on coral bay

The hutt is old and poorly mantained. Our wardrobe had a broken door that was simply stashed inside the wardrobe. All in all it was ok, but too overpriced for what is offered.

The hotel is just facing the beach. The room is clean, cool, there is a balcony so at night you can hang out near the balcony and enjoying the sea breeze at night. So relax. The staff is also friendly. We booked for room without aircond but we got room with aircond. Great! The aircond works well.

The toilet a bit dirty. The toilet mirror could probably be a bit lower since it is quite high for local people. Water heater is provided but tea/coffee was not provided.

The location is great.. facing the ocean. U open the door overlooking the ocean view. The room is decent..shower is clean.. the room is small but fair. 2 people separate single bed, 3rd level, and has Aircond in my room. So u can sleep nicely. They provide breakfast as well.. the brrakfast is decent. Has coffee, tea, orange juices, nasi lemak, roti canai, mee hun/bihun and toasts. Which is pretty nice for cheap price of the stay. And the dining area is facing the ocean. Super great. The staffs are friendly. Check in/out session super easy and fast. The area is clean and has seating by the beach. Location is relaxing but remember this is not at long beach where the place got fire-show going on..that one is at long beach which is 15 minutes walk from the hotel.. u walk from Senjay Bay to Ombak Dive Resort then take shortcut through Ombak Dive Resort and there will be a cross path to long beach. At night is a bit dark as not all path has lights so bring torch light or use cellphone torchlight. The path is safe but rocky surfaces. so watch yout steps and also is a bit of hike. So prepare your stamina.

The room need more cleaning to do..they provide broomstick so u can sweep the sand or dust outside the room. Remember it needs more cleaning after u check in. Make sure bring wet tissue so u can wipe all the corners and surfaces as it has "taik cicak" everywhere. U can also wipe the floor so your feet will feel more comfortable when enter the room. If your room is on 3rd floor and u bring elderly people. Remember it is a staircase to heaven. U need to do a bit more climbing. But i guarantee the view is breathtaking. High floor means more monkey everywhere.it is scary and do not feed the monkey.. the monkey climbs your roof and sometimes climb up to drink water from the the tube of aircond. But the staff will throw firecracker to chase away the monkeys. Never engage with the monkey until your room is safe to exit/enter. Call the staffs for help.

It's a very nicely placed resort with lovely views, staff very friendly& helpful

It's a shame because this resort could be so much better, the grounds need tidying & repaired in places, the buffet style breakfast, lunch& dinner is really bad, could be so good if it was done like the other cafes on the beach with good fresh food, we hardly saw anyone eating there. Sorry to be negative but it wouldn't take much to make this better.

The location was perfect! Right on coral beach which was relaxed and quiet. The bed was very comfortable

Being under a fruit tree which constantly dropped on to the roof was slightly annoying initially but I got used to it. The rooms could do with some modernisation

We visited during Ramadan so food wasn’t available at the place when when wanted dinner. Not great for kids that don’t want to be out of a night time. sure it’s different at different times of year. Food in restaurant was average.

It was right by the beach and there were sun chairs to lie on. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice vibe.

The café staff were slow and unattentive. They seemed a bit confused as to what they were doing.

The Coral Bay is lovely and so are the people there. I got a lovely room with a sea view from terrace. The restaurant is open only at given times, and in low season it is not as fully supplied as you would expect, but the food you get is tasty. And the smiles are so lovely that you will not resist. Everyone is ready to help.

Once you get neighbours to your adjacent bungalow, you hear their every step, so I am keeping fingers crossed you get as much privacy as possible. Expect funtiture not in the best condition ever, but the staff is very helpful. Once you need something repaired, just ask for help :)
