Love staying here, it is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are very helpful and the beds extremely comfortable.

The room smells musty. The staff was nice and changed us another room. Unfortunately the new room smells a little bit musty as well.

Clean, nice central location one street back from esplanade. We had a serviced apartment for our toddler and it had all of what we needed.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Took a long time to replenish the food, the coffee machine was an instant one, older fruit and there was no hash browns!

Després d'uns dies en ple mar al Great Barrier Reef, entrar al Crystalbrook Bailey és com arribar a un paradís de comoditat. L'hotel es magnífic, dissenyat i decorat amb molt de gust. El seu lobby és fantàstic, molt ample i cómode. El personal de recepció, molt amable. L'habitació és àmplia, llit cómode, gran tv amb plataformes d'streaming, i un petit assortit de cafés i aigües gratuïtes que s'agraeixen. A un pas del port, del lagoon i del centre de Cairns, pocs minuts caminant a qualsevol d'ells. Per altres hotels on he estat a Cairns, la relació qualitat-preu del Crystalbrook Bailey és imbatible.

Comparat amb la resta de l'hotel, la piscina és molt petita i queda lluny de l'atenció que s'ha dedicat a la resta de zones comuns. Suposadament té un bar, però en cap de les dues ocasions que vaig ser-hi (4pm i 6pm) estava obert.

Well located in the centre of cairns close to the esplanade and restaurants

We were given a handicapped unit so did not have bedside tables or anywhere to keep our toiletries in the bathroom but other than that it was modern and clean

- The room was beautiful, small but exactly what we needed - Enjoyed having two TVs - Kitchen was spacious - Bathroom was beautifully styled, we enjoyed the products

- Two door bathroom set up was horrible - The pillows were extremely uncomfortable

Central, modern decorated room with most facilities. Room was changed to one that smelt clean and more space albeit was normally for disabled guests.

Initial room offered to us smelled damp and was very cramped. New bathroom didn't have a tabletop to put your wash bag etc. No sky sport channel. Bar lacked atmosphere and was too windy to sit in. Aircon took a while to respond. No ice cube making facility in the fridge.

As good as the CC grill restaurant was, as bad as the breakfast was. Didn't expect this from such a good hotel.

very helpful and welcoming staff. I was able to check in early on arrival. I also had a slightly later check out. Great views in the room.You can borrow their bikes to ride around Cairns. it's a good location to stay in Cairns.

the staff are friendly at breakfast. there is not a huge choice of things to eat. nothing else!

Very comfortable bed with lots of room, convenient location to everything. Staff were very helpful! Plus I loved that reducing their carbon footprint is a priority.
