Great place. Breakfast was yummy, we were well taken care of. Beautiful spot

Check in was easy, you get all the details by message. Located near to Gardaland, CanevaWorld, Movieland (15-20 minutes by car). The accomodation was renovated, the room was modern and felt very comfortable. Shared bathroom was very clean.

Parking was a little bit confusing when three or more cars are parked at the same time. Most of the time there weren't so many cars.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere in very quite place!

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! We paid for two 2 nights, after we arrived we saw that's not what we expected: • SMALL ROOM • GLASS DOORS • SHARING BATHROOMS (1 BATHROOM & 1 SHOWER FOR THE GROUND FLOOR...) • WI-FI DOESN'T WORK • CURFEW HOURS (YES, CURFEW NOT A SILENT HOURS...) We left the property after the first night, and we had the agreement with the owner to refund us the money for the second night. Just to wait a few days until the property receives the money from BOOKING.COM. UNFORTUNATELY after the month of waiting, messaging with BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, the just refused to send us anything, and blaming US and BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO IN MY OPINION, JUST BOOK A ROOM IN THE HOTEL, IT WOULDN'T BE EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE AND YOU'LL HAVE YOUR COMFORT, PRIVACY AND PROBABLY BREAKFAST INCLUDED! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was our last night in Italy, and we booked it spontaneously at 5pm in the evening, finding out that it was one of the best! Very clean, high-quality and designed facility, good breakfast, very quiet place, safe, warm and friendly.
