Amazing service by the staff who helped us and being very friendly during our stay.
The rooms are very clean and tidy.

The hotel looks nice, but the room is not correctly rated for 5 stars - it is very small and there were no amenities like for a 5 star hotel
The gates of the hotel are closed all the time and if you want to enter into the front platform of the hotel you have to call by phone the reception of it. There was no help for luggage or other personnel.
Initially I though that is a ghost hotel!

The location is good and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The room was big and the toiletries were high-end, and even if some were in bigger containers, they were full and didn't seem used. Filtered water was provided in nicely labelled glass bottles, a very good mix of premium and environmentally friendly at the same time as opposed to plastic bottled water you get elsewhere. Breakfast was very good for the low occupancy that was at the moment and the staff was constantly circling around to refill things.
Somehow, the place manages to look modern and run-down at the same time. Dirty windows with calcium deposits from streaming water on them, a few different colours of mould in the shower, rubber seal on windows that provided debatable isolation, peeling wallpaper in the dining room (breakfast), the coffee machine with several warnings displayed, and I could go on :)

The fact that they have ruins of ancient Calatis under the hotel.
They block 90Euro/room as insurance. After one week they didn’t return on my bank. They request 7Euro parking / day for rooms that I pay 300Euro/night.
Breakfast is under 4star hotels.
The receptionist duri g the night only turn the key off and did not help eith opening the door even I have no free hands…

We truly enjoyed our time here and the Seaview / sunrise was a fabulous experience! Personnel was very pleasant and friendly! Pleasant stay!

- location is perfect on the beach
- rooms feel luxurious and they are really clean , the entire hotel, restaurant, pool, private beach is clean and well maintained, the museum is beautiful
- pool and private beach are great for leisure
- staff is wonderful and client experience is 10/10
- private parking,
- paid parking, although it is mentioned, I would sugest to include the fee in room price
- not so family with kid friendly - pool security, dangerous stairs to reach restaurant, the food options for kids
- food - not great not teribile but for some it might be a pain. The strategy could be improved to use more quality ingredients. It was ok overall and never had any stomac issues, even with my 2 years old i did not experience any issues from the food.

- friendly and very attentive staff, especially the guys from the beach and the lady in the restaurant, I love her vibe and attention to make you feel good and also the non-Romanian guys, really nice
- lots of fruits in the menu
It is the 2nd time here, so it is not I didn’like, these are suggestions to make us return
- the guaranty deposit, though I do understand why and probably the rooms would not remain as they are without it
- the parking fee
- a box of paper towels would be perfect in the room
- more chocolate stuff in the menu, the pancakes with chocolate were great, but only once during our stay

The room and the design of restaurant
On the beach or at the pool you wait 20 min for the towels or a drink. Also, the cocktails are terrible, with low quality ingredients.

This hotel was verry beautiful.nicest I ever been to. I Wish I could get there once again great swimming pools ( out door and private Beach)

Nice location, near beach
Swimming pool was not open, private beach not open, car parking fee (not free). So, w/o those useable, the price it's extremely expensive. they did not notice once I've booked the room that those facilities are not open.
They are asking for rooms safety deposits.

The room was very clean and comfortable bed,the whole staffs were very frankly and helpfull the food were very delicious

Nice view, spacious room and balcony, polite and helpful staff, rich breakfast (very nice coffee!). The bonus aspect is the museum found underneath the hotel, which is a must see attraction.
There were some issues with the shower drain and the toilet seat was not cleaned properly before our stay.
