The pool is absolutely breathtaking. It is probably one of the best rooftop pools in the world, as far as capital city offerings go. The restaurant was top-notch, the room large and comfortable, and while there were power outages due to the present political situation, the generators were swift. Excellent location, too. I arranged an airport pick-up and that was a smooth and easy. The check-in and check-out procedure was rather long, so that could be improved. Staff in general were helpful and professional.

Excellent service. Great location - convenient and nearby to everything in Colombo. Hip rooftop bar and pool with great ambiance.

Beautifully designed interior and superb quality amenities offered to us, we really enjoyed both the gym and also the view from the infinite pool.

I couldn’t think of anything I didn’t enjoy, we loved everything about Jetwing and we’d love nothing more than to try out all of their other properties!

Facilities were lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean. We ordered breakfast to the room which was nice and fresh but a little on the small side. The pool area is lovely.

We arrived late at night and the rooms were not ready for us. They asked us to wait but in the end moved us to rooms that were ready. It would have been nice if the check in process could have been quicker and more streamlined considering we arrived in the middle of the night.

The breakfast buffet was sensational with so many options and I loved the fresh made omelets every morning. My room was clean and a good size, and I found the bed really comfy. The infinity pool was certainly pretty but not really a big enough area for all of the guests in the hotel so it got a bit crowded at times. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. They arranged a driver for us for a day, always keen to help out with any question that we had or anything that we needed. Really cant fault the service at all.

As mentioned, the pool area is smaller than it looks in the pictures and got very busy. We also found that the bar service by the pool wasnt particularly good. I think they must have found our accents difficult to understand or something as they messed up our orders quite regularly. The food options were ok but they could definitely benefit from having a proper restaurant for dinner.

Location was great, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Buffet breakfast was great too!
