We loved our stay at this property for our family trip. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for dining and cooking. The home was also well stocked with beach chairs, towels and sand toys. We found the beds to be comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. we had 5 people in our group so we rented a large SUV. we couldn’t use the parking at the house because the garage is for a small sedan only. This is in the listing so we were aware ahead of time. There is a free parking lot nearby (5 minute walk) that always had spaces available. It was convenient enough that it was really no problem. Location has some good restaurants in walking distance and a market to stock up on snacks. Bigger grocery store is a short drive away. We encountered one issue with the shower in one bathroom draining slowly. The host was very responsive when I texted about it and it was fixed the next morning when we were out at the zoo.

This was our first time staying at a rental home. After this week's experience, it won't be our last. We packed way more than was needed. The home owners had everything we needed to make our stay the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever had!! The property was very clean and well kept. Hands down 5 stars all around!

I rented the property as my mom and aunt wanted to visit my uncle in San Diego. Since he lives in a small one bedroom apartment, we looked for someplace we could convene to visit. The property was a the perfect location inbetween the bay and the ocean for our morning walks. We were able to cook there and use the beautiful patio. We all had a great time. There were plenty of small markets, coffee bars and restaurants to grab things if we needed and we were able to easily get around by car too. The unit was nestled in a residential area that was nice and quiet. Highly recommend it!

So relaxing and fun to be so close to Belmont park and yet in a quiet location. We had a great time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had enough room for the 4 of us. Lots of separate and together time. The alley ways and garage parking were a challenge but it comes with the territory. The place had lots of amenities. Some parts and pieces could use updating but we have no doubt the property manager will take our feedback. Perfect location with bay on one side and ocean on the other. All our outings were less than 20 minutes away. Activities in the mornings and lazy afternoons. Sunsets each evening.

We loved the way the condo is tucked between an easy walk to Bayside and to the boardwalk and beach on the ocean. Great location! The challenge regarding the location are two things - the construction (the began working on the Allerton alley) the morning we were packing up to leave. Easily, we were able to get the car out of the garage in time. The other location issue (no fault of the owner) is the proximity to the the flight pattern of many, loud, low flying planes. The neighbors were friendly. It was a delight to surrounded by beautiful flowers and Christmas decorations.

Property was exactly as it is featured in the listing. Check in and out was extremely easy. Had everything we could have possibly needed already provided on the property. Loved the quick walk to the beach and short drive (15 minutes) to destinations all over San Diego. Although the parking in garage is very small, there is free public parking nearby that was very convenient.

Lovely home for us to enjoy for 4 days! Easy to just walk across the street to the beach or walk out to the Bay Area. It was very comfortable and all the things we needed, except tissues. We did need to go buy those. Loved our stay and will return.

The condo was perfect in every way! The location was great and lovely. The kitchen was very well appointed as was the rest of the house! Everything you could possibly need. Towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. Coffee, coffee pots, spices and lots of paper goods. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate! Would rent again!

This property is well designed, nicely decorated. Lots of beach toys, a bike and all you need for your stay. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood (except for the flight path) and you can park your car and walk. Try Lazy Eye Coffee and Sara’s Mexican Food plus all that Mission Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy beds. TV a little confusing with all the passwords required. Propane tank was empty, then when we checked out, found a full one in the garage. Loved the patio. Would suggest a light in the back corner. I fell tripping over the black square umbrella stand in the corner. All in all, loved our stay.

This beautiful property made our vacation complete! Property was perfectly maintained and had everything my family needed to enjoy our vacay at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 adults and one child enjoyed our stay. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to both Mission Bay and Mission Beach on a quiet walkway. It was very well equipped including beach chairs and sand toys. The garage is small but the owner provided very clear instructions on the need for a small car and and our small SUV fit perfectly. The living areas including a nice outdoor patio are lovely and well appointed. Easy to communicate with owner and property manager.

Loved our stay! The location was perfect, quiet serene neighborhood. Steps from the bay and the beach. Convenient parking for your car if the garage is too small. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms were just as pictured. And super tidy. We would definitely come back! We grilled and spent time on the patio in perfect Cali weather. ☺️

We visited San Diego because of my daughter’s graduation and Mission Beach was a great location to get around to all of SD. We walked to the bay and beach every day. In fact several days we walked the ocean path to Pacific Beach. This home is everything as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.

Very cute beach rental. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio, exploring the beaches and eating at the many local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is spotlessly clean. Parking in Mission Bay is tough, so we were very appreciative of the the rental's assigned parking spot. It is a tight turn, but we were able to fit a RAV 4 SUV completely in the garage. We would highly recommend this rental for other SD vacationers!

The house was comfortable, clean & spacious for our needs. Love the front patio & the surrounding homes. Quiet neighborhood & close to the beach. Only drawback was the small garage. We were unable to park our Subaru Ascent. Had to find an empty parking space on Mission Avenue.

We had a great time in SD. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Lacy was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Yes the garage is small. We had our choice of rental cars (Tesla, Mercedes, Navigators, etc.) but went with the Prius, lol.

Amazing little beach house just steps from the beach and the bay! Absolutely LOVED it!

The house is on the southern end of mission beach near the point. It is steps away from the bay, which our kids loved. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and just a bit farther to the ocean. Far enough away from the nightlife to be very quiet and relaxed but certainly close enough to everything you could want. Check in and check out were a breeze. Don’t be afraid to try and park in the garage. The listing mentions that it’s for a small car but we easily fit a minivan in it- with the door open. We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Bay. Excellent location for us. The weather was just warming up and we would have loved to stay a few more days to enjoy the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We didn’t have any issues or problems checking in or out! 😎

Although californias weather wasnt cooperating this house was absolutelly everything our family needed. It is just a block from the bay which is perfect for the little ones and in walking distance to belmont park. This is a lovely property!

Please never try this place all fake . They don’t have a parking they listed as has the parking in their garage I couldn’t park the car and there is a narrow way to get it . Even the small car can’t fit in the garage . Everyday you have to looking for the parking spot on the street and it is not available most of the time . House smell like an old house and air system didn’t work properly . There was a tenant upstairs they start moving furniture or do some work after 10pm … l didn’t know what they were doing they were making noises look like dragging the furniture…. The soup and shampoos the house was so low quality my 5 year old daughter starting showing skin reaction to the soups and my hands started being dry and itchy all the time . Overall the picture dnd rating the owner put in the media is totally different from reality. I have received the email and she was asking for giving hight rate at the beginning…… It was a very bad experience…. We never try it again …. You can find menu better places with higher quality and lower price ….
