The room was very clean. The property is in a great place, situated right in the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Very well kept condo in a nice location. Comfortable and clean. Beach is wonderful. Close to everything you need but need a car ( car or uber ) if you want to sightsee.

Great location and gorgeous ocean view. Overall condo was clean but the floors could use a scrubbing and the wall air conditioning units need cleaning as well. Condo looks just like the published photos. We would stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this one bedroom condo right on the beach. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and was quite comfortable for the two of us. We loved going to the beach and pool and sitting in the balcony in the evenings. Our hostess left many wonderful recommendations for dinner--we liked Santaella, Asere, and Metropol. Also check out the Panaderia Espana!! Also, I arrived first and alone for five days of work before my husband joined me. As a woman traveling alone, I was very reassured by how secure the building and parking garage is. We love this little gem and hope to be back!

Nice condo on the beach. Clean and access to safe parking. Had problem with sliding door to balcony, called owner and immediately sent handyman over to fix issue. Only suggestion would possible be a lamp on the nightstand for reading. Thanks for everything

Our vacation to Beatrice’s condo was the most perfect, peaceful, much needed time away we could have hoped for! The condo had everything we needed for the 2 of us to stay there for the whole week. It was in really good condition for being a rented property! The view is spectacular and the convenience both to the amenities on the property and the necessary places nearby (store, drugstore, gas station, restaurants) was fabulous! Beatrice was so helpful with a massive document full of suggestions, directions, and contact information, which proved invaluable time and time again! My husband and I are already talking about when we return and how we want to stay here again. Thank you, Beatrice!

My husband and I had the most amazing time at Beatrice little condo. It was perfect the view was amazing and falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the oven was perfect. She has everything you will need to fell like you are at home. I love how everything is secure and everyone is so friendly. Beatrice also answered any questions we had about local food and were to go. We will definitely be back and rent from Beatrice again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. Beautiful condo, beach and pool. Perfection!

This property was pictured and described accurately. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend is a rug for outside of the shower. The water splashes out easily. Our overall stay was amazing.

I just checked out yesterday morning and really did not want to leave. The views are amazing, the building is pretty secure and very quiet. Beatrice was very quick to respond anytime I had a question. The grocery store was less than a mile walk and the property has a cart you can take to carry groceries back. Overall- I was very satisfied and I’d gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach is amazing. There is a Walgreens and CVS right across the street. Beatrice was quick to reply to any questions we had before the trip and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She emailed a document with restaurant/excursion recommendations as well as tips about Uber and taxis and other odds and ends. Those recommendations were invaluable. If you're looking for a perfect San Juan getaway, look no further. The apartment is spacious, the porch has a gorgeous view, and the bed is extremely comfortable. My wife and I had an amazing stay here. It's just ten minutes from the airport on the highest rated beach in San Juan. I would happily return here again!

We stay at the Marbella Towers at least twice a year. The Pros are that the apartment was clean and comfortable (the bed is a dream). The kitchen is one of the tightest we've been in, but we managed to cook our meals taking turns. AC and fans in both rooms, TVs in both rooms. The view is top notch. The table and chairs are collapsible to get some space on the balcony. Security and parking are always excellent. The buildings and surrounding areas are clean. Supermarkets, restaurants, casinos all within walking distance. A bit of the Cons are - 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for a week for two people is not enough. Maybe buy grey or beige ones so there isn't that anxiety of staining them, which thankfully we didn't (stressful). Even though I didn't need them, a small box of trash bags, some more consistent set of plates, mugs, some more toilet paper rolls, backup paper towel roll (this I did end up buying), a rag to clean the counters. Unless you've had issues with people stealing these items they create a homey and comfortable place. The glass shower partition doesn't hold the water from getting all over the floor - needs a curtain or larger more absorbent bath rug. The sign on the back of the door is unnecessary and creates anxiety - send this in the rental agreement. I had an issue with responsiveness of the property manager during my stay when there was no water on and off for four days. I saw today I received a message in VRBO from them, but we had already checked out. I had texted them on day 2, but no response. Since we have resolve and know PR, we made the best of a little bit of negative in an otherwise wonderful visit to see family after 2 years.

As many times as I have stayed through VRBO, this is the first Property Manager that actually did what she said was going to do and not "take note". Day 1 had weak batteries for the AC & Fan Controls. 8 new batteries the next day. Balcony door would not close properly, Schlage door lock was loose and there was no shower caddy. All fixed within 48 hours. You can see about 3 miles to the east and west from the balcony. Bring Binoculars to watch Wind Surfers, Kite Surfers, Parasailing, cruising on an inflatable, Jet Skis, Cruise Ships coming and going, Big Yatchs and big Fishing Boats. The Balcony has 3 lawn Chairs, toys for kids to play in the sand, a small cooler and a cart to carry all of this stuff. Beach is full of Sunbrellas for rent along with Chaise Lounge Chairs. A no frills apartment ready to enjoy all aspects of a Beach Vacation. Restaurants abound withing short waliking distances. AC units worked efficiently. TV has 2 additional HDMI outlets and a USB, bring your ROKU because cable is very, very basic. I will return!

We had a great stay. Located just minutes away from the airport and right on the beach we comfortably fit 3 adults and one teen ager in the property (with roll away bed). The property was very conscious about COVID protocol requiring masks in all public areas. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great condo for my families Christmas vacation. The condo appeared just as listed. We had some minor communication issues and a problem with the garage opener. Also, Isla verde beach has seaweed that circles around each day. We made the best of it but when the seaweed was in our area swimming was less than desirable. The beach was clean as was the apartment. Great location with groceries & restaurants nearby. They provide minimal supplies (5 towels, 5 cups, etc) so plan ahead so you don’t have to buy a lot of supplies.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo for a week just to unwind. We had an amazing time. The condo is cozy and had all the amenities that we needed. The views are perfect from the 12th floor. There were plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Beatrice was kind enough to send over some recommendations that helped us plan our week. We had a truly wonderful experience.

We stayed in this condo from April 3 - 10, 2021. The views from the living room, balcony, and bedroom were amazing. Being on the 12 floor, we had privacy, but could fall asleep with the air off and listen to the waves. Opening the bedroom windows at night was one of our favorite things! The bed was ridiculously comfortable! The beach is really nice. While we were there it was fairly wavy and fun to play in the waves. The beach was fairly busy on Easter Sunday, but people/groups still respected social distancing. The other days, the beach was not crowded at all. There are beach chairs and a small cooler available. You can rent lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Security was great. There was always someone at the front door and there are multiple locked gates coming off of the beach. Every night the police were parked on the street near the condo and were very visible. However, we felt safe walking to dinner, the grocery store, etc. There is a Walgreens right across the street which is WELL stocked with everything from snacks, to cleaning products, to sunscreen. A few blocks away is a nice CVS as well. A nice grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. There is a car rental place across the street and another down the street. We rented from the place down the street for two days and went to Luquillo beach. An easy 40 minute drive. Beautiful calm water, long beach to walk on and if you go around the point you are practically alone. When we walked around the point we saw fish, crabs and a small sting ray. Beautiful! Many restaurants options within walking distance which makes the location of this condo a hit! Masks were expected to be worn everywhere except on the beach. Everyone we encountered was complying. Check-in was super easy! Beatrice sent us the code for the door and it was contactless. She reached out to us a few times to see if we needed anything. We didn't, but felt like if we had needed anything she was just a text away. We had a late afternoon flight and check-out time was 11:00 sharp. The security guard was happy to watch our luggage for us and that was super helpful! Finally, Beatrice sent an email about a week before we left with a PDF with a TON of information covering everything you would want to know about where to eat, what to see, etc. We referenced it constantly! We are so glad we picked this condo!

This unit is well represented in pictures. It is on the 12th floor but We never waited more than seconds for elevators. Bldg is very clean, guarded and secure. Balcony views to the beach. Location is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and other hotels. You can Uber to other points of interest as well. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple. Although there is a sofa bed. If I had to be picky I can suggest a luggage rack. Only because If you are there for a few days you may not choose to unpack. However, there are plenty drawer space and closets with hangers. All in all this is a great place to stay and Beatrice was very willing to answer questions or concerns even if only thru text which was her preferred method of communication. Nonetheless she was always available! If I were to visit PR again I would consider this place again.

We loved this rental! The location was absolutely fabulous. The bed was super comfy. Easy checkin. We had a couple questions for host and she responded right away! In a secure location and the beach is right out the back door. Umbrellas and beach chairs can be rented right outside the property gate at the beach. Great local restaurants near by. We would love to come back again and spend longer!

This was an excellent condo in Isla Verde. We stayed for a week and found it was in excellent proximity to many things - Old San Juan, Condado, and of course Isla Verde. The condo was very clean and well-laid out. The air conditioning worked very well. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Having the washer/dryer was very convenient after a day at the beach. The back patio was a terrific retreat to listen to the ocean but you're high up enough that you don't get much noise from people (but you can still people watch.) There were many restaurants in walking distance and we particularly enjoyed walking up the beach for brunch at El San Juan Hotel. Beatrice was an excellent host and very responsive. We asked one evening if she had a drink cooler we could use and she had one ready for us the very next morning. The property has a 24-hour security guard and we always felt very safe in our unit and on/near the property.
