The location

Got bitten by bed bugs or ants when I was sleeping, the sheets had stains, the room was a bit crowded, there was no reception, the lockbox code was already entered when I arrived, the ceiling was too late (but that was the only thing you can’t really fix).

False advertising no cable tv no dryer to wash work cloths , advertise spa bath and jacuzzi in queen studio but there isn’t , residents were noisy in other rooms, no balcony to see anything, I would like compensation and update you info to correct info

Location

The reception area for the apartments is on the first floor of the hotel on the opposite side of the road, but there are no signs or information to tell the visitor this, which leads to a long and tiring search on arrival. The apartment rooms are adequate but the area immediately around them are dirty and unkempt.

Great value for money and quiet location

Water was warm....couldn't get cold water. Took quite a long time for air conditioning to get cool. An extraneous issue with the toilet...it would flush, yet then a rusty debris would settle in the bowl.
