Väldigt trevliga ägare som från första stund ser till att du känner dig välkommen.
Vacker utsikt. Lugn miljö och rum med bra förvaringsmöjlighet så man kunde packa upp ordentligt.
Det var lite synd att det inte fanns någon restaurang på hotellet för framförallt lunch. Middag är inga problem att hitta i närheten, men vill man äta något enklare mitt på dagen måste man ge sig iväg en bit och vi ville helst chilla vid pool/strand.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful area. We got a free upgrade to a suite. A nice and clean pool, a nice bar and a private beach with a lot of sunbeds. We look forward to go back one day!

La propreté de l'hôtel (piscine, chambre), la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Très bel emplacement, face à la mer et de nombreux restaurants à proximité ainsi qu'un mini market. C'était super.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick erhalten und uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Minimarket und viele Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Kritik am Frühstück aus anderen Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gab eine große Auswahl, alles wurde schnell aufgefüllt, auch zum Ende der Frühstückszeit noch. Der wirklich gute Espresso war zusätzlich zum Filterkaffee im Preis enthalten. Sehr nette und kinderfreundliche Gastgeberin und alle Mitarbeiter ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand vorm Hotel wird gerade erneuert, d.h. der auf den Fotos zu sehende Betonabschnitt ist gar nicht mehr da. Es ist noch nicht alles fertig, aber man kann den Strand gut nutzen (Liegen sind auch da). Außerdem wird mit Hochgeschwindigkeit gearbeitet, es ist bestimmt bald alles fertig und dann richtig toll mit Promenade etc. Auch die Straßenüberquerung, die kritisiert wurde, war gar kein Problem. Es war nicht wirklich viel Verkehr (allerdings Ende Mai, kann sich natürlich im Hochsommer ändern) und es ist auch alles andere als eine Schnellstraße. Und wem das dennoch zu gefährlich ist, dem steht die Brücke vom Nachbarhotel (ca. 20 Meter weiter) auch zur Verfügung. Alles super.

This hotel is simply great! Friendly and helpful staff is always at your disposal whether you are in the hotel, at the pool or on the beach! Hotel is very clean and offer a wide selection of food for breakfast! The kids had a lot of fun at the pool!

Beautiful spot, with amazing sun sets. Lovely people running the hotel. Easy to walk to places to eat. Rooms comfortable and very clean.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Great view from our room, lovely pool and beach across the road. All up great value for money.

What an amazing hotel. The owner of the property was so friendly and helpful. The room we had was very clean and looked out over the sea and had a huge terrace. We enjoyed relaxing at the beach and by the pool. There was a lot of breakfast options, we especially enjoyed the pancakes!

One of the ac wasn't working, the owner let us run the other ac round the clock, even when we were not in rooms. This compensated the issue. Very cooperative and courteous.

We stayed at Piccaso for 10 days and everything was perfect.The breakfast was rich and nothing was too short,the stafi was very friendly and very helpful..they're willing to help you with everything.

IT is in a beautiful place, wonderful sea view, frendly staff, cleaned and confort beds. Very good servises in breakfast, but missing the restorant.
My sygestion is to add happy hour during the evening, like music, karaoke, movies, dancing,...etc
I recomend for your quite vacations.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice location just across the seaside and umbrellas for free. You can order drinks and food also on the beach and the stuff will bring it.
Location is a bit far from any possible rentals. If you are without car you have to rely on a bus that should come every 30 minutes, but after 4 pm does not operate. I would also suggest the hotel management to provide closable heater for scrambled eggs, omelete or sausages. When we came later on the breakfast they were already cold.

Perfect Hotel for family vacation. It was wonderful and picturesque. The owners are magnificent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The private beach is one of its kind and unique with wonderful scenery. The room was perfect and very clean, comfy and most important very quiet. The hotel gives you the proper comfort and relaxation feeling. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety of food. The evenings are wonderful and Vlora is close to be visited every evening. Very nice place to stay with your family. I would definitely recommend it and probably come back next year.

the best hotel in Valona with a beautiful sea view. With a pool, private beach and friendly staff. They have a delicious breakfast, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.❤️

Everything was excellent, except that it is on the main road and you hardly find parking spaces for all the guests. The staff was very kind and finally they found me a seat in the inner courtyard.
The beach is quite poorly maintained. Sand, stones, seaweed in the sea.

The rooms are clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. Be sure to also visit the art gallery nearby.
