Great pool, lots of activities

Power went out our last night and we had no running water or electricity. Staff was unwilling to refund that night.

I like that the property was a bit isolated from the hotel.

What I didn't like was that people take their little kids ages 1-3 and let them go in into the jacuzzi with diaper which is gross and nasty. I was celebrating my Bach and I couldn't even get into the jacuzzi. Also not to be mean but I thought kids were not able to enter the entrevińedos just the Hotel boutique which sucks because if you don't have kids you want to relax and chill and not have to listen to baby cries and screaming. We went to relax and have a good time.

Cleanliness and atomsphere

No ice machine or ice bucket.

The location and the room is by far the best in Valle. Worth the money.

The electricity went out our first night there. Not that big of a deal when you have a pool just outside your room to cool off.

Beautiful venue in the centre of Valle de Guadalupe. Our suite was simply amazing, and the jacuzzi and swimming pool well maintained and pleasant.

The service was a bit distracted. They forgot to bring us new towels the second day.
