Had no breakfast but was a great place clean and when we faced some challenges we were assisted

Electricity was gone first night but due to the transformer blowing and it came on and we got constant communication on that atleast

Everything was excellent,the apartment was exactly what we saw on the website and it was clean

The double bed in the kids room was so uncomfortable and hard.

The location was great, it is close to stores and all sorts of Durban entertainment areas. The facility was supeeeer clean and of good service,perfects bed and WiFi

The apartment on the inside was very nice. It was clean and well set up. Infact it was very homely which I liked. It had facilities which was great.

It had too many locks so it made us feel unsafe. The location seemed unsafe as well. The owner had several costs that she included after we made the booking like a deposit of R1000 and parking of R50 a day yet we only spent 2 full days ad was charge for 3. When we arrived at the apartment we received a message that the deposit will be deducted if the place was not clean by the time we check out. Normally we go on holding relax and not worry about cleaning but my husband had to clean while I stay with the kids which defeated the purpose of being on holiday. Also, as much as the place was beautiful it was not held friendly. Too many items that kids could break. Basically we were on edge the whole time, which made the experience horrible. Definitely will never book Kadese again.

It was not beach front

The accommodation was fine next to beach and other amenities.

There were cockroaches and not damp dusted😔.

It is located close to everything for a time of leisure walking distance to most places of fun.

The residence has too many rules for my liking.Firstly the visitors rule is ridiculous,for a person who has paid that amount of money for self catering apartment. The place is too small. Ants are a nuisance in the kitchen

I liked that we could cook for ourselves.The kitchen is nicely equipped.It's home away from home basically.The security is amazing,very helpful 🤗 Oh the heated pool also 👌

The property was near to the beach

We were not suppose to have visitors and our visitors were not allowed to park outside the yard

The place is very much central to all the emnities. The shops are walking distance, and the beach including transportation. The area is well equipped and the residents are very welcoming and maintained a low level of noise.

Ensuring the toilet papers are enough for guests and fumigation as the place is in the residential area.

The place is comfortable and has easy access to the beach and restaurants. I love that.

Charging us separate for parking, I think parking should come standard with accommodation. Also charging is for late check in per hour is daylight robbery 😏. It would be good to have a dry line for laundry or wet swim wear as the place does not allow hanging of clothes to dry.

The ambience and homely feel. The property was safe and secure.

The expectation of rules that guests are expected to adhere to as though they are tenants. Not being informed of certain practices the property has their tenants adhere to.
