You can't deal with tourists if you are not willing to be flexible and accommodating. Especially if you have the possibility to do so.

Excellent location in the city center, close to all important sightseeing venues, restaurants and shops. Nice view of Muenster towers from appartment. Within walking distance from the train station. Perfect and quick communication with host, both prior to arrival and during stay. Good Wifi. Relatively quiet (sufficient isolation) even though the building is situated at a busy road; however, even the isolation could not keep out all noises from people honking their cars to celebrate a wedding :-). Nice beds. Well facilitated bathroom and kitchen. Nice motion-sensitive night lights in living room, handy when you need to find your way to the bathroom in the night. Would gladly return.

This review is for the maisonette on the top floor. It is 8 stairs (63 steps) upwards. We knew that upfront, but if you have reduced mobility, this may not be a suitable appartment for you. Overall well equipped (even a television in each room) but could do with some little maintanance. Especially the upper railing next to the stairs to the upper bedroom is somewhat wobbly. Being on the top floor and having a tilted roof, the upper bedroom and also the bathroom (especially the toilet area) make standing upright for people over 6 feet a considerable challenge. Nevertheless, for a couple of days it is manageable. Almost no curtains in appartment. This will probably make it rather warm in the summer (when we were there, outside temperature of about 18 degrees C resulted in about 24 degrees C inside). There was a curtain in the bathroom but it was damaged and could not be closed. The backstreet neighbours therefore might have the opportunity to take a peek when you are going to take a shower.

Location was fantastic, plenty of space, clean

The beds are to small..( double). The rooms are so large they could easily accommodate a king or at least a queen.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms at city centre. Big screen television and comfy beds in all rooms. Two public parking lots at close walking distance.

The laundry washing machine was not that clean that prevented from using it.

Great location and superior facilities. Communication was excellent.

There is a lot of noise from the hallway, restaurant and neighbors upstairs during the evening and night.

Nothing good to say about it.

It looked more like a warehouse than like an appartment (5 laundry machines in the kitchen, piled stools behind the doors, the dining table in one of the bedrooms, ...), never seen something like it. The entrance to the buiding was quite dirty and disgusting. Very well located, close to the cathedral, but not comfortable at all.
