The unit is clean. It has complete amenities for 4 people. There is a hot shower, cooking stove, cooking and dining utensils, hot water heater, iron, cable, wifi, clean towels, a fridge, and drinking water. Truly a place away from home.

We liked that the property had a functional kitchen and living room, and that there was ample space for storage.

First, the property was not as transparent about the lack of an elevator; we did not know we would have to carry our luggage up two very steep flights of stairs. Thankfully, we were assisted by a guard and another tenant. We also didn’t like that the WiFi signal was very intermittent and always needed to be reset or refreshed. Other points for improvement that may need further coordination with the condo management are the water pressure and the water quality: the pressure in the shower was weak, while the water quality was iffy (the water smelled of rust and was a bit brownish in color).

The place/unit size was just enough for my family of 4. Very clean and has a safe environment. The location is very convenient. Internet has good signal. Owner provided drinking water. Complete set of eating utensils and cooking wares. It's as if we never left home🙂
