Hot water not working in both rooms we rented .I actually got shocked turning it on

The false advertising was good.
Room was gross. Not clean. Door to this room broken and didnt feel safe. TV didn't work. AC controls not there. Bugs. Torn and Stains on sheets. Towels were stained. Too many drunks and people arguing at night.
I booked 4 nights. We left after the 1st night and was not given a refund. How can they expect a person to stay at this hotel.
I would like to get a refund for the 3 nights.

Has nice parking area and along the road.
The Aircon was bad. So hot even your staff adjusted when we complained.
The lavatory had leakage
No personal hygiene needs like shampoo, toothpaste..

the staff are approachable, the place was clean, elevator is really a plus point because you don't need to use the stairs especially we are on the 4th floor.
basic necessities is not complete. no soap and shampoo (which even small inns has) no towels, no doormat, no tv (in promotion there is) no heater on the bathroom (but listed on their promotion)

Nothing. The worst hotel yet, in five SE Asian countries.
Hotel is unfit for habitation. It is a scam, the true identity of which is OYO. Room is filthy and infested with pests. Water heavily contaminated with metals, aircon broken and exposed wiring dangerous, towels dirty grey, bed crawling with ants, air filled with mosquitoes, stains everywhere, water cut off after arrival, no kettle supplied, TV not working. Inspection of kitchen revealed grossly insanitary conditions. Laundry room filthy, toweks and bedding piled high on mud stained floor. Behind the thin facade, lies a derelict slum, which should be demolished.

Hallways wide and nice.
1.The water heater has a leak which my sister and my nephew are in danger of for electric shock.
2. Pillows only have 2 set up per room which not good for guests whom used to sleep with pillows on their lap.
3. Water supply on bathroom not good and waiting for so long upon using it. Flushing toilet had no water supply.
4. No complementary water upon check in.
5. Television leg broken.
