The check-in was easy. The breakfast was good. The facility was very clean. It was only 15 mins from downtown. 15 mins from the opry. A Walmart, gas station, and dollar store was directly across the street.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was solid. I would consider it pretty standard for a hotel at this price point. The room itself was very nice (comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good smart TV with Netflix built in, even though some of the channels wouldn't show, mini-fridge, microwave, thermostat on the wall). There was a good restaurant attached to the property called Rockin' Dough. The brick oven pizza was very good but pricey.

Although it never particularly bothered me, I did notice the road noise since it is located right off the freeway. It didn't impact my sleep or anything, just mentioning it for those who might be bothered.

Breakfast was great! Awesome location, and a free shuttle was offered into Nashville! The staff went over and above expectations, I forgot a few items in my room, the staff set them aside, until I could retrieve them 2 days later. I highly recommend this establishment!

My only complaint is one of the elevators smelled like dogs

Dog smell… I love when traveling and make arrangements for them to stay put…

Got approached by a Panhandler I guess in the parking lot and I was out there by myself. Maybe they should have cameras outside I was at the back door getting something out of my car early morning.

Property was conveniently located near downtown Nashville and only 10 minutes from BNA. The room was super clean and spacious. The staff was nice although calling ahead to make a request, it was difficult to understand them, but that was probably a bad connection. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool was only 3 feet deep the whole way and extremely warm for July, so I would’ve liked to see a pool with more depth and slightly cooler temperatures.

There was a point where the internet was not working for my phone. It would not show up in the wifi options

Prices could be a bit more accessible, but it was great quality for the price.

very good suite and easy to get into Nashville (12 minute drive- park in the public library on 6th Avenue. The hotel was near to a large Walmart and about 15 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. Petrol station across the way was a good price for filling up for the airport(about 15 minutes away)

the swimming pool was only 3 feet deep all over, great for children but not for swimming
