3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was perfect for our family

construction noise early morning

the views were amazing

I thought I had booked an apartment with the spa bath but this was not the case. also the price on booking was 1283.00 but ended up paying 1543.

View was spectacular. Large 3 bed apartment. All necessity covered. Spa & pool good and shrt stroll to Cavill Avenue & restaurants. Across from patrolled beach.

Apartment was a little tired, but clean and comfortable.

Great location,close to beach and easy walk To Cavill Ave along the beachfront. Check in with key collection from locked box at office was seamless and easy. Our apartment was clean and comfortable,great stay for families.

Beds were comfortable and location was great.

The knives provided in the kitchen were blunt and useless.

not the cleanest. there was a cockroach nesting area inside the modem. we had to wash the utensils every time we used it.

very dusty caused hay fever and the vacuum cleaner head attachment didn’t fit so we couldn’t clean it ourselves

We loved the room, it was so spacious and clean. The Kitchen appliances were up to date, and the rooms was great with exceptional views, we will be booking this room again for sure. Thankyou for a enjoyable stay

Excellent location and we had an amazing beach view.

No disabled parking.

Staff friendly and helpful, close to food and beach., clean and tidy room. Breakfast was really good. View from room was awesome!

I was really cold - no doonas only blankets which I haven’t seen at any hotel. Pillows not comfy and no room service.

Tricky to find key box. Apartment was fantastic would love to stay again for longer. View was amazing had all we needed

Locating the keybox

Great location. The indoor pool is a bonus when the weather is bad. Perfect for schoolies

The property charge $330 minimum for any loss or damage to the property. However …. They fail to advise in advance if the poor state of repair of the property. Eg. The kitchen benches are badly damaged, the floor tiles are badly damaged or cracked, remotes are missing for the tv or the tv is broken. Despite contacting the rental company I’m still waiting for a response nearly a week later. In short …. The accommodation was disappointing

One of the permanent residents used a drone to perv into the rooms on all Floors at night, my wife had just got out of the shower and we had to close our blinds to our sea view. Reported it to reception and informed them that the police were called and reception didn’t get back to me. Don’t want this happening to anyone else. So now this is my review.

Picking up the keys in an area with no parking & a very busy area made life very difficult.

only one lift operating and took time to wait. room was a little bit tired, one balcony door did not open properly.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable. View was wonderful. I would stay again but the apartment looks tired so some $$$ would make the apartment great.

When we arrived outside our apartment there was a bag of rubbish left at the door. In the 3rd bedroom, in the top draw of the chest of drawers was a used condom, cleaning was lacking in some areas unfortunately The scanner key was hard to use, it would take a long time to scan lifts and doors. Fridge took 12 hours or more to cool, I would advise to have the fridge turned on early morning for the arrival of afternoon guests. Some of the locks on the doors to the balconies were broken, lucky no one can break in. Apartment looks tired, needs $$$ to make it great.
