Great Ocean View from apartment 1304 - Sadly it looks like the view will disappear soon once the new apartment blocks in front of and to the side of the Baronet apartments are completed Spacious apartment Friendly staff 1 min walk to the beach

Main issue - Car parking spots are a joke, especially 1304 looking to fit a matchbox car in the spaces. When I asked for a different space was told they were all booked out because of schoolies despite every day 75% of the car park being empty. Main issue - The apartment was dated, tired and in the need of some modernisation and TLC Main issue - Was told this was a non schoolies complex but found that some schoolies were being allowed to stay, although credit to those schoolies they were courteous. Minor issue - Construction works Minor issue - Balcony glass was dirty Minor issue - TV too small for living space Minor issue - Light shaded full of dead flies

View and rooms were amazing, rooms better than pictures , very modern. Washing machine & dryer made it great , and kitchen to cook in . The Sun steams onto balcony also into lounge and rooms..view was amazing over looking beach

No gym, pool wasn't as warm for a heated pool, and spa button wasn't labelled was a bit hard to find, curtains in main bedroom needs a full block out if u want a sleep in

The apartments had a great pool, spa and tennis court! We made use of these facilities every day! Friendly service at reception. Good location, close to the tram stop and in the middle of surfers paradise and pacific fair mall which was very handy. Fantastic cooking facilities, everything I needed utensil wise to cook was there.☺️

Was unaware that the room wouldn’t be service each day it every couple of days - they did refresh the room once however when we went away for a few nights to Brisbane for an event.

Situated right in the middle of surfers, 2 min walk from beach and very central to everything. Views from our apartment were amazing. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay here

The pillows on our beds were too hard/no squish in them which was uncomfortable. everything else was 10/10
