I feel this is unacceptable since we pay for that day then have to check out by 10:00 AM. Those two days are lost. Also, the price has increased $3,000 in the last few years. Other than that, it was a good stay. We have been going for years.

The only thing I would complain about is the knobs on the gas stove seemed to possibly be pointed in the wrong direction and then the kitchen sink's faucet was very difficult to work. It is a touch free faucet, that took us a while to figure out. Overall, we love Adagio and it's amenities and will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with we frequent the Adagio Condos every year in September. We stay a full week and our family has the best time. This year we upgraded to an ocean front, lawn, ground level condo. We were excited to have the lawn for the kids to run around on and play. On our third day the lawn was sprayed with chemicals and we were told to stay off the lawn for a few hours, then the lawn turned burned and crunchy as the grass died. And I was not about to let my child run around on the chemically sprayed area. (Regret 1)Our washer, an amenity we also pay for, never worked. We made several calls and it was never fixed. A maintenance staff did look at it, and we were told they would have to order a part. Again never fixed. For the 4K we paid could have bought several washers to replace the broken one, so not sure what the real issue was other than poor management of the issue. The staff did offer to take our laundry and launder it for us, but nobody wants someone else doing their laundry. All eight of us had to bring a week’s worth of laundry home to wash. (Regret 2)The dishwasher didn’t work, we ran it a couple times and the dishes came out dirty every time. We spent hours hand washing dishes during our stay, so we would have clean plates and cookware to eat off of and cook with. (Regret 3)Again, we love the Adagio, we stay every year and have never had any issues like this. I’m not sure why when we double the cost of staying for an upgraded condo that we would have any issues, but we did. I would appreciate someone to contact me to discuss these issues we encountered during our stay. The ball was dropped and it’s unfortunate on our behalf. I would recommend the Adagio to friends and have. Actually several of our friends and family now frequent there too. I can’t say I’d recommend paying an upgraded price due to the conditions we encountered.

Condo was nice. Updated, spacious, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Close to beach. Nice pools. Good gym. Just as a heads up, this condo has no “leftovers”. Remember to bring everything you need as far as kitchen condiments, kitchen cleaning items, bathroom soap, pool/beach floats and toys, etc.

The couch and rug in the living room have been replaced since last year, which was necessary upgrade. So this year we honestly have no real complaints. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Only thing that needs fixing is the sliding glass door seems to need some attention. It's extremely hard to open and close. We have noticed this in years past, but it was definitely worse this year. We noticed how bad ours was when we visited family in another unit and their door was much easier to close. The unit was clean, however I do think the cleaners could always do a better job there. Especially since checkin is pushed an hour later for extra cleaning/sanitizing. With that said, C103 is our fav unit and we'll def be back!

The location of this unit was perfect for our family. Great place for a family, friend getaway, any group would love it.

The only suggestions I would have is one, replace the shag carpet in the living room with some kind of indoor/outdoor carpet...one that doesn't trap sand and dirt in it. And two, have the cleaning service move the sofa and clean underneath it. There were all kinds of wrappers, etc., underneath when we looked for stray toys. Three, make sure the guests know that the coffeemaker is a Bunn and that they will need specific filters for it. I had to google the directions as well. Maybe the owner could supply the condo with Bunn filters since most of the regular filters will not work well. Otherwise, overall great vacation in a wonderfully updated condo with fully stocked kitchen! We have already booked it for next summer!

Beautifully renovated. We've stayed at Adagio for a number of years and this condo was excellent. Wonderful views, great family friendly furniture! I had two small children with me (age 4 and 1) and this was idyllic. Can't beat the ground floor.

We like the units on the gulf side so we can hear the waves and have easy access to beach. The photos online are accurate - the unit is well decorated and comfortable. The Adagio property is clean and well maintained, and if you have a problem, they are quick to fix it. (They stopped kids from playing fowl music on the beach and some others from smoking on the balconies.) The beach is nice because it is private, but the Adagio is close enough to Seaside/Watercolor and Gulf Place that there is shopping and nightlife. We rode bicycles to both of those areas - renting from La Dolce Vita which is right by the entrance gate at Adagio. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the location of blue mountain beach! Adagio is tucked away and really a gem. C103 unit is perfectly located on the ground floor where you can still enjoy ocean views but also walk out onto a grassy area that our kids enjoyed playing on. It was a few steps to the boardwalk and the heated pool, both extremely important to us with 3 young kids. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well taken care of. We really enjoyed it!

Visit was characterized by numerous visits from technicians to work on TVs, refrigerator, leak from unit above. Some of the TV problems were Medicom related, others to a very complicated set up that had to be repeatedly redone. In the end no TV in living room.
