The house is perfect for family reunions. Multiple families with kids can stay comfortably. They had cribs and other baby stuff that was super helpful. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to use at the same time. The beds and pillows were definitely good quality. I felt comfortable putting kids and babies to sleep.

The property worked perfectly for us. It was decorated for Christmas throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of pots, pans, trays, silverware, everything we needed to cook large meals for 12 adults and 5 children. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We enjoyed it! Thanks

The property was awesome. We had 20 people in our group and there was nothing we needed. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had plenty of room and could of fit more. I am very happy with my selection. Arlington was about 30 minutes away and very easy to navigate. Thank you

I hosted a family reunion here for a weekend and was absolutely fantastic! The house is beautiful, the yard is perfect for hanging out, and the house has everything you need! Communication with the host was also great, I reached out a few times during my stay and received prompt responses. I would rent this property again and highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This home is even lovelier and cozier than the photos show! The host, Nemeh, reached out to welcome us and made both check-in and check-out seamless. The property was spotless and well-maintained inside and out. Each of the 18 members of our family slept very comfortably, and the kitchen was stocked with every essential for large family meals. We could not be happier with our stay and hope we can visit again!

We had plenty of room. Text with owner is best communication. We like the alarm and ability to each come and go. We wanted to use the hot tub but we ran out of time. Kitchen area and table was the main hang out but oh the basement was great! It can hold more people. We were in town for a wedding and so the full bathrooms helped all get ready when sharing. Beds were comfy. Some were tall. Extra beds in some rooms would help large families. There are plenty of couches and some seemed to be sofa sleepers. Good water pressure in showers and no one had a cold one. The two washers and dryers were great. We had 12 people but plenty of room for double that amount. Kitchen was fully equipped. I couldn’t find a normal toaster but there was a toaster oven. I honestly did not spend time downstairs but the others loved that area. A whole house down there to hang out.

The property itself was beautiful, I will say there were some hiccups regarding construction. I had planned to use the water filter in the fridge but it was broken. Then the replacement Britta filter was also broken. When I brought this up with the property manager they told me guests didn’t need these features. I used the tub, and it drained quickly on its own. When I mentioned to the owner they said they were sorry about my attitude. Finally and most importantly, when we entered a floor vent was made of plastic. Breakable. I sank my ankle in and sprained it. I was scared for my elderly grandparents and had to stuff it with towels for safety. I brought up all these features with the owners and was told that my attitude was the problem. That said the property was beautiful and we all had a great time. I will say one of the two set of bunk bed rooms aren’t actually in a room but in a hallway, which complicated room assignments. Overall, beautiful property, though would suggest some improvements.

This is a beautiful property, well furnished and well maintained. They have equipped the place with everything that you need. We were 16 of us with 2 kids and everyone enjoyed the house. The garden at the entrance was beautiful with flowers blooming. Living room is tastefully decorated and nice place to hang out. The kitchen is quite big and equipped with all the necessary utensils. The dining area with a long dining table was a good place to hang out with the family. We had some interesting discussions and debates around that table. The sound of music staircase in the front is beautiful and we took some pictures sitting on the steps. Bedrooms were quite spacious with enough closet space. Beds were very comfortable with enough pillows and sheets. The bathrooms in both floors were clean. There was no shortage of hot water for taking a shower. There is a hot tub in the backyard, unfortunately we were not able to use it due to bad weather and lack of time. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and safe to go on long walks. There are grocery store, bakeries and restaurants very close to the Villa. Overall, This is a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends. We enjoyed the place very much. Nemeh was very helpful, easily reachable any time, and very accomodating, the best host that I have encountered so far in my experience with various Vacation rentals. We thank you Nemeh for renting your house to us. Hopefully, we will get another opportunity to stay at your place again

This is the third time we have rented this home for a family event. The home is very large and well laid out for entertaining. The large kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware for preparing family meals. The location is convenient to grocery and take out and just minutes from the Washington beltway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of your guests. Everything is very well maintained. Look forward to renting again.

We booked this house for a girl's weekend for my mom's 70th birthday. The house is beautiful and we all loved it. The host Nemeh was just a message away and answered all of our random questions. We spent the majority of the weekend nearby in Alexandria and National Harbor. The house is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to access. We loved the grand dining room table, the gorgeous staircase, and there was plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate all of us. I would definitely book this house and stay again.

The place was clean and had plenty of space for a decent size family gathering. No complaints at all really. Only issue was that the hot tub was not working for our visit.

Just returned from a visit to DC. So glad we found this home - Nemeh was super responsive, and quickly helped us out on a few last minute changes. The house is beautiful and huge, and the kitchen is incredible. We're foodies and everything we needed to cook (and cook and cook and cook) was there. We could sit everyone in the dining room with room to spare. The location is right off of the freeway and easy to get anywhere. Safeway grocery store was about 2 blocks away too (along with bakeries, fast food places, neat sit-down restaurants, etc.). We will be back, and this is where we'll stay. Thank you Nemeh!

This house was equipped with everything our group needed for the weekend and was in an amazing location! We walked to McDonalds across the street and it has an amazing selection of restaurants nearby. What really put our experience over the top was the amazing customer service from Nemeh. He was always quick to respond and was so friendly!

This house was perfect for our family reunion for Christmas. The property was huge and everyone had space to be together and also tuck away for some quiet time too. The house was decorated with a beautiful tree and Christmas decor which made everything feel like home. The location was close enough to DC and Alexandria for outings but we mostly loved staying in the house together. Would definitely I try rent again!

This property allowed for me to host a large group of cousins, Aunts and Uncles, and their children. Many of us have not seen each other since 2019! We had a great gathering on Friday with our Virginia family members.

I did not understand though that inputting our original number when reserving the property that the cost increased when others were able to come after all. I thought that when it said it sleeps 27 that you’re renting the house for up to that many people. That was not a happy extra cost.

My team was there for a conference in D.C. for the week and it was a perfect solution for the 11 of us. It was close to the city either by train or car and the house had enough space for all of us. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with anything we could need in the kitchen. We even got to hear one of our team members on the piano!! Nemeh was great to work with and always available to answer questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This is my 4th trip to the DC area with students and their parents, and we are always looking for a house large enough to accommodate us. This house was PERFECT for our large group. There were enough beds for the 25 of us, and the layout of the second floor and lower level bedrooms was perfect for separating the women from the men, lol. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and well-functioning. In addition, the kitchen is completely supplied with everything one needs to prepare meals, and the large island makes serving very easy. Finally, the photos are accurate. We've stayed in other places where the photos were deceiving, but this home is very elegant and has several spots where different groups can gather to watch TV or hang out. There's a fireplace which was very cozy. Finally, Nemeh is a WONDERFUL host. I texted him with little questions here and there, and he immediately responded. If there was something we needed (gas for the grill), he made sure that everything was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this home! Thank you, Nemeh! We hope to be back next year.

We were a large group ..This home comfortably accommodated all of us!! The kitchen and dining room made it easy to put out food and feed our brood. Bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The backyard was private and the hot tub was an added plus. The basement was beneficial with lots of bedrooms and an extra frig.. Best of all the host Nemeh was super nice.
