Nice bedroom. Good location, quiet area just 10 minutes walking from the center. Free parking available outside if available and option to rent a private one. Easy check in. Comfy bed and big bathroom.

Just didn't like the shower. But very minor thing.

The placement of the accomodation was a 5-10 minute walk from the Old City entrance, and easy to get to the beaches etc in Zadar by foot. The Host Marijan was very welcoming, told us everything we needed to know about Zadar and was always available on the phone if there were questions, which made us feel very welcome!

Great location, very central, all main shops are nearby. The room is comfortable and sweet, true home feeling with a luxury touch. The host was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. We enjoyed it so much, we will book again next Spring & Summer. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation.

Excellent location close to Old town bridge. Walking distance to everything Shops,bars, supermarket ,beach and marina. Absolutely everything is only a short walk. Our host Marijan was extremely helpful and always available for help and advise. He has knowledge on all activities in the area and is extremely helpful , be sure to ask him before you book anything. Lovely room with a balcony . Everything you need kettle, coffee machine,mini fridge, hair dryer, Air conditioning etc are provided.

Location is perfect! You are out of an old city with all annoying of crowd and stuff like this but close enough to be there at any moment. Parking secured and always available. Stuff friendly and well speaking English. Access to the roof terrace - should be useful in summer time.

"Sea view" options is nothing. There is no sea visible from room but, to be honest, opposite side looks even less interesting. In a room you will have a cattle but there is no tea-bags or even instant coffee. So if you like boiled water - you will be happy! There was good bath and things like this but just a few packs of shower gel and shampoo. No soap in a wall mounted dispensers.

Nice room, very friendly manager who let us check in earlier. Also breakfast is very tasty in a nice located restaurant (around max 5 min walk away), but it’s not a a typical “Swedish table” but choice of 1 from the list.

This place is not a hotel but rooms in a normal building. Generally most of the things were ok, but if it’s advertised as a 5 star place then the rooms should be cleaner, behind bedside cabinets, air conditioner near the bed on the side is covered with dirt and dust, also as I have mentioned above if this is 5 star accommodation and advertising that there is free cosmetics there should be a normal ones not shampoo and shower gel in 7g sachets which are very difficult to open while you taking a shower.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast at the Harbour was superb. Only a 15 minute walk into Zadar.

The decor was a little dark and for us felt like style over substance. No seating on the balcony.
