Stayed here with a large group for a work event. Wonderful house and the owner is great to work with.

Raj was helpful and the house was perfect! Recommend for a family vacation!

The villa is in a great location and had plenty of space for a large family. However the noise curfew was a bit of a joke when you are woken by your neighbours drilling and doing home maintenance well before 8am and there were motor bikes going up the street at all hours. One of our rental cars got scratched while sitting on the driveway, we made sure to park the mandatory 12 inches from the kerb however our neighbours had cars all over the street. I am at a loss to figure why there are so many rules and regulations when clearly they are not followed by the residents themselves. Electrics - The lights were flickering the whole time we were there and we discovered that in the cinema room, none of the plug outlets were working. One of the plug sockets in the kitchen was damaged and dangerous if any small children around. Only two of the TVs in the bedrooms was working. The room we were in was oddly laid out the lamp and clock provided at the side of the bed had no plug sockets to be plugged in. The lights above the beds were operated by a switch which was behind the headboard. A little more thought needs to go into the layout of the rooms, there is little point having a lamp or clock that cannot be plugged in anywhere as the sockets are on the other side of the room. The hairdryers provided also were supposed to be wall mounted but look like they had been removed from the wall with screws and all and shoved in the cupboards under the sink. The knobs on the gas hob were out of alignment and made it difficult to know when gas was actually off. The pool was freezing and not fit for swimming in despite some days being 26 degrees. I am not sure why no heating is offered as there was a heater in the garden area for this. IWe were out and about most days so a lot of these things did not bother us too much but feel that some maintenance of the property is definitely in order. There was a book of all the rules and regulations but some were very contradictory so should be amended so clear instructions are given regarding stripping the beds at checkout it was unclear whether we were supposed to put bedding and towels on to wash or whether the cleaning staff would do this as one instruction said to leave towels on the floor. Otherwise it was a nice place with a large family kitchen and despite the issues we enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely house 10 minutes from Disneyland. Lots of room and cute decorations for kids. Owner very easy to work with and easy to reach by text and phone

Site was a good fit for my 15 member family. Enough room for all activities and nice layout, well equipped kitchen and dining room. Had a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly.

We fit the whole family well. Quiet time after 8:30 was kind of a bummer cause we wanted to swim after Disney land. But overall great stay.

This house was absolutely amazing and perfect for our group, the kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed in every room ❤

The home was very clean and lovely. We were hoping with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There were really only 5 bedrooms and then a little den which was alright for us. Location was great. Our only problem was that we could not use the pool because of the infestation of black widows on the gate around the pool and on much of the out door furniture. We bought two can of spray but couldn't seem to make much of a difference. Would definitely stay again if this problem was rectified.

Really enjoyed stay. Only issues were how hot upstairs is even with AC on. Most bedrooms are upstairs & many of us could not rest comfortably as a result of hot temperatures and slept on floor & couches on main level. The grill was very dirty & empty of gas so we could not use, this forced us to cook fish indoors as apposed to grilling outdoors? Pool cleaner showed up unannounced & people were taking showers when water was shut off. Space is very nice only add would be an extra refrigerator in garage along with an ice maker. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home.

Raj was a great host who timely responded to inquiries. The home is as advertised we had a group of friends and kids stay together and we had a great time. Plenty of space and the kids enjoyed the pool and movie room. Highly recommend.

This was a great place for our family to stay when my son got married in Los Angeles. Very clean and lots of room!

This home is just as it's described. There was a small leak in an upstairs bathroom but other than that the home was spotless. Plenty of linens,towels and room. Close to plenty of stores and pool was clean. Would stay every time.

This home was far more beautiful in person. It was so comfy and cozy as well. Raj is a very responsive owner. He was always available when I had any questions. Which is much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this property for a family trip.

Great place - came as advertised and Raj was great to communicate with. Only issue is the pool was not heated so the pool was wasted.

This house didnt disappoint. It was very roomy, well stocked with towels & blankets. Close to shopping. Pool was beautiful but didn't use in December. Only down fall was parking. With 6 couples in the house & 3 rental cars, we often had to shuffle cars around. Althought, I wouldn't let that stop me from staying again.

This property was great! This house had plenty of space for all of my family members. The drive do Disney was short. I wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool, but the weather did not cooperate. Raj was great and very responsive when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property!

Rented for a family reunion trip to Disneyland. Communication with the owner, Raj, was excellent and everything about the house was fantastic. Excellent experience and highly recommend.

This home does not disappoint. There is nice selection of luxurious bedrooms, a massive and well equipped kitchen, and plenty of gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors for guests of all ages. Our group really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great location, everything u need for large family or group. Raj was awesome, answered any questions immediately! Was even nice enough to bring us a gas bottle for the BBQ in 10 mins!!! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool was fantastic after a long day at Disneyland. Everything you could possibly need in the house is provided. Great location to all major tourist attractions. 15 mins to Disneyland. Highly recommend!!

This home was in a great location and nice size for a multi family vacation. The property manager was great and replied right away when we would have a question. Would defiantly rent this home again if I am in the area.

We were in town for a debate tournament at CSU Long Beach. Excellent location. Clean house, amazing space!!!! Would rent again.

First, I must say that Raj was an absolute pleasure to work with. He accommodated our request for an early check in and a late check out. A few days before arrival I discovered that the pool was not a heated pool. I wish they would have made that clear in the beginning of the VRBO page instead of small print on the bottom. One of the main reasons for choosing this house was due to having a pool. Unfortunately, the pool water was too cold and we were not able to utilize it. As for the house, it was a little older than I had anticipated. Still nice but dated and worn a bit. The location was convenient for Disneyland but the neighborhood was a very old one. The kitchen was nicely stocked with small appliances, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. but no saran wrap, tin foil, zip lock bags. Grateful there was salt and pepper. That is fine, but just need to advise us, so we can be prepared. We had a 3 year old, so he loved all the games that were there. Lots if items for kids to use, highchairs, stroller, etc. Thank you again Raj for being such a gracious host. It was a pleasrue meeting you.

This house was very spacious. Our group was a group of co-workers, so it was nice that we didn't have to share bathrooms. (We exhibited at a trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center, which was close enough to arrive in under 20 minutes.) The living spaces are a little small, so we mostly hung out together in the kitchen which was great because there was a TV in there. We've stayed in other homes that didn't have basic supplies like garbage bags or paper towels, and were pleasantly surprised that Raj's property was stocked! Raj was a great host and responsive to our communications. The house has every kitchen amenity (slow cooker, mixing bowls, a few spices, coffee, corkscrew/bottle opener) so we were able to prepare our meals easily. There's a lovely lemon tree in the back so we had some delicious lemon chicken one evening! We were also delighted that there was an iron and ironing board so we looked sharp for our show.

There were fourteen of us (four generations ranging in ages 72 yrs - 6 months) that walked through the door of this amazing home. Each of us quickly chose a bedroom and then started exploring. Six bathrooms meant no waiting in lines for showers! The kids enjoyed the hangout spaces with the "theater" room being the most favorite. The owners have thought of everything that we needed to make this our home away from home - high chairs, games, toys, towels. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was HUGE. We all gathered together each night to prepare and enjoy our dinners. We were fully impressed with the attention to detail that they put into this place. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you Raj and family

We enjoyed very much staying at this house. It is very comfortable and excellently equipped. We are a family of 12 (7 adults and 5 kids) and there is plenty of room for play, rest, eat and just spend family meetings with lot of comfort. The weather was not warm, so unfortunatelly we could not enjoy the pool and the outdoor that is very spacious, and very well maintained. The owner, Raj, was very kind with us responding immediately to each consult or question we needed to do. Very good option for us!

Our group ranged in age from 1 to 83. This house catered to everyone's needs. Bathrooms, bedrooms, several sitting areas. Lots of space to spread your wings. Our group very much enjoyed the HUGE kitchen. We all gathered there nightly to enjoy a meal and socialize. Shopping at Costco helped and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils to prepare your meal of choice. Raj made the whole transaction very easy and even met us as we arrived to give us a rundown of the home. Very much appreciated. We lucked out on the weather and the spacious backyard was very pleasant to sit out during the day. The quiet hours are something to be mindful of but we didn't find it to be a burden. All in all an excellent experience. We would stay here again and definitely recommend.

"Skywood" is indeed luxuriously appointed and super-spacious! Our extended family consisted of eight adults and two kids, and there was so much space in the two-story home we literally lost track of one another at times! In addition to the family room downstairs and the inviting backyard patio area with pool, there is a nice lounge and separate "office" work space upstairs, allowing family members several options where to spend their time while at the house. An abundance of beds contained in multiple bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom, guaranteed plenty of sleep space and no "waiting in line" for our extended family. The kitchen was also appropriately sized for the house - big - and well equipped with cooking/serving ware and utensils for preparing/serving meals for a large group. Though we didn't have the oportunity to enjoy it, a special feature of "Skywood" is the "theater" room complete with large screen, projector, and sound system on the ground floor near the front of the house. We also appreciated the two-car garage where we could keep our cars out of the hot sun, and two sets of clothes washers/dryers that were available for use. Speaking of the hot sun, we experienced a "heat wave" during our late November week stay, but we remained comfy in the house due to its excellent heat/ac system. Lastly, Raj met us at check-in to introduce himself and walk us through the property, and we found him very pleasant and personable. All in all, the nicest home we have had the pleasure of renting so far, and the family is already looking forward to returning to "Skywood" next year!

The owner was extremely professional, honest, communicative and very helpful! The location was amazing! We will definitely use this space again if and when we can! It worked out perfectly for our company of 10 people to use when we needed to go to the Long Beach Convention center! I would highly recommend this spot to any large group! Beautiful house and everything was extremely clean and perfect!

We stayed here last week and it was a perfect house for our ten adults and a child. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There were three living spaces if people wanted to hang out in smaller groups. The kitchen was the hub for us and it was huge. We never felt cramped. The owner was great to work with and the home was very clean upon our arrival. We will stay here again in the future.

Our family really LOVED staying here. We enjoyed the pool and the extra room for everyone to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the theatre everyday too. The location was perfect for the beach and Disneyland. Very clean and well kept.

The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Upon arriving to the home he was there to greet me and show me around. Everything was awesome. I'm very meticulous and so is my family yet everyone was beyond satisfied. The only suggestion I'd make is for the owner to supply more face towels.
