Loved the room. It had a very homely athmosphere and was super clean. Worth the money. Staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. Their restaurant downstairs made the place lively and interesting and a nice meal option.

I am disappointed. When booking, there is no warning about the fact that the hotel is very noisy, the room smells very much of the kitchen since it is located above the restaurant. the hotel positions itself as very nice and cozy, but this is absolutely not the case. upon check-in and throughout our stay, they did not greet us or smile at us. there was no drinking water in the room, wi-fi was dead. in the evenings they sing songs on the street under the windows, badly and very loudly. This is the entertainment provided by the restaurant. There are a lot of insects and foreign black hair in the room. The employees of this organization are rude and do not want to solve your uncomfortable stay. Not a very convenient location. complete lack of service. It’s completely unclear why the hotel costs so much money.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. But it costs more than average. The room is big enough to organize separate working spaces.

The shower was not clean as it could be. A bit noisy in the morning.

Food was excellent, good selection. Room was clean and functional Italian Restaurant excellent food.

Only negative was power outages due to current situation in Colombo. The staff did everything they were able to. When the generator went down, nothing they could do.

I love this place. The room was large and carefully furnished with an excellent shower. People very friendly and efficient and food at the restaurant was very good and authentically Italian - well the owner is Italian. Simply go there!

Room was simple spacious and clean with good Wi Fi. The restaurant attached to this facility was exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone

The restaurant staff were disinterested and lack training in basic service. The breakfast Omelet was served with toast and butter on the first morning. On the second, third and fourth morning I first had to ask for the bread and then the butter - inconsistent service.
