The hosts were most welcoming and attentive. It felt like home. Delicious, filling breakfasts. On street parking was no problem. Great value. Good base to explore local attractions. Strongly recommend.

The location was great and the parking. Elaine & Steve were lovely and breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t fault it.

It wasn’t a big issue but I struggled with the location of plug sockets and being able to fry my hair in front of a mirror. But not the end of the world

Maybe an opportunity for different choices on the breakfast menu… although the cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, full English breakfast was beautifully prepared.

The room was clean , the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with good quality produce and Elaine and Steve were excellent hosts very friendly and Garfield guest house is in a great position .

The couple who run the Garfield Guest Housed were very friendly and were keen to ensure that their guests had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also very enjoyable in pleasant surroundings.

The combined shower/toilet was very small but I got use to it! other than that there was nothing I didn't like.

The room was beautiful and lovely and big, worth every penny!

Lovely guesthouse with friendly welcoming hosts. Good size room, tea and coffee facilities, spotlessly clean. Breakfast delicious and cooked to order. Away from the town centre, but only a 30 min walk to it.

Black out blinds would be good for the bright mornings.
