Fabulous location! We loved being close to the beach and town. We hardly used the car the whole time we were there. The house itself was clean but could use some TLC. It was plenty roomy for our family of 3 but a little tight when we had 2 more adults join us for the long weekend. Wifi worked great for school and work.

My family and I had a lovely time staying at La Bella Vita. It was very close to town and only took us 5 mins to walk to the Pig and Pancake for breakfast! It fit the 5 of us perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to make meals at home. The backyard is beautiful, if the weather were nicer we would have fully taken advantage of barbecuing out there.

This cozy place was just the right size for four adults and two dogs. We enjoyed being able to cook our meals in the kitchen, and hanging out in the spacious loving room. The kitchen is well equipped to cook almost any meal. There were also plenty of towels (even dog towels!) and laundry. Since it was rainy and windy we didn't have a chance to enjoy the big deck, grill, or back yard, but the outdoor shower was handy for washing off muddy paws before coming inside. Would have been a perfect 5 star stay for us except several small things: we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people, 1 week. We had to promptly go out and get more. It seems unusual given my stays at other rentals, and how inexpensive it is to provide. There was also only one outlet in the smaller bedroom, so phones had to be charged in another room overnight. Several other outlets in the house were also frustratingly loose or not always working. We were also told the first batch of firewood is provided, but we couldn't find any and we had to go out and buy that as well. There was also just 1 extra trash bag which got a little awkward towards the end of the stay.

Great location in proximity to the beach and downtown. Very clean, and the house had any baking or cooking dish you could possibly need. Rental did not provide enough toilet paper, so make sure you pack extra, just in case! Overall, we would stay here again. Quiet, clean, peaceful, and wonderful!

this little house could be a gem, but it most definitely needs some love. the location is perfect, the best in cannon beach. the space is great for one or two people. all the amenities one could ever need are there. the bedding was clean and comfortable and plentiful! there were some pretty major issues however. there is a major gnat problem when it warms up. I could not even read in the evening because of all the gnats attracted to the light. I know this has been a previous problem because there was a gnat trap under the sink. I also had ants on the last two days, bothe in the kitchen and in the bathroom. one side of the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom is blocked out with some paint or something for some reason, blocking a great portion of the beautiful outdoor view. the biggest problem was a musty, moldy smell because there was a large piece of sheetrock missing from behind the dryer, along with missing tile. it looked as though someone started a job and never fixed it. the heating units are exposed there also and someone had tried to put up a very unsightly divider to block it, which did not work, and it kept falling, so I finally just removed it altogether. that being said, with a few touches, it would be perfect! management was absolutely great in their responsiveness to any issues, including getting a saints football game on for me! The President streets is good location for a stay in Cannon Beach and this was a clean, efficient rental providing most of everything to make our stay comfortable.

I used the house for a personal quilt retreat. There was plenty of work space. The house was bright with great light. The neighborhood was very quiet. The beach was an easy walk to the west, there was a great quilt shop a few blocks south and great food and shopping to the north. All this was in walking distance. And in spite of the gorgeous sunny weather I actually got a lot of work done . I am looking forward to a repeat visit.

The comfy house, quiet neighborhood. Large windows and good lights, room enough to spread out, with the beach and town close by. This was a fine location for a week long quilting retreat. The on,y drawback was that the weather was so beautiful it was hard to spend time indoors working on my projects. I look forward to doing this again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the right size for our family, and it is in a great location for the beach and to town and shops. Easy walking to everything. We really loved that it was easy to watch netflix as well on the tv! We didn't expect that! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend at the beach. Thank you! We would gladly stay at this place again!

La Bella Vita was a great location and fit our needs for our trip. It would have been a 5 star if we had been a family with children, but the second bedroom and only bathroom were a little tight for 3 unrelated middle aged women. But it all worked out fine and was a great value for the area.

Location was perfect. One and a half blocks to the beautiful beach. Great sea creature viewing at Haystack Rock at low tide.
VERY walkable, quiet and safe area! Only a few blocks to the center of town with many restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops.

My family recently stayed here and truly enjoyed our time. Had lots of thoughtful amenities and was within walking distance to the beach and town. If we return to this area we would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved our stay here. The house has a nice one story layout with easy flow and lots of windows for natural light. Easy less then 2 blocks walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here. If we come back to the area would definitely consider staying here again.
