Location and staff were great

The access was straight out of horror movie, with broken windows and trailing cables in the building. The balcony which was the main point for me was very dirty, the room was very small and the fridge so noisy we had to switch it off to sleep.

location is good. Room is big.

Elevator only go up until 3rd floor than we had to use stairs which inside the next building with a connection door between hotel and the building with stairs at 3rd floor. The room was not complety ready for us. A few things was not in the room.

Cockroach in toilet:( at night had to wait night receptionist to open main entrance door for around 15min, no door bell...

The most outstanding asset were the staff, very helpful and informative especially dealing with Filip at the front desk, very professional.

no light in the bedroom, not enough towels, not enough toilet rolls, light on the stairs didn’t work. Lift did not work.

I was accommodated in an apartment (nice) but it was outside the hotel on some unkempt stairs and a rather dirty terrace.

The apartment is really big and well equipped. Staff is very pleasant and thoughtful 😊.

Clean and tidy apartment above a hotel. Nice bed, chairs, table and bathroom. Cleaned and 'made up' every day. Good location, quiet and just a short walk from the main square. Would stay there again despite the 'kitchen'.

The kitchen part of the apartment was barely functioning. The small fridge was on the counter instead of in the slot under the counter (it was too big to go there). This meant that the fridge turned off when the key card was removed (we fixed this by putting the fridge on the floor and plugging it in where it should have been installed). There were no spoons or bowls or utensils and no tea towel (we left the cups and they were done as part of the room clean). We mentioned the fridge to the staff but nothing was done.

The lady receptionist attention and profesionalism. The room. The center town position.

Time travel. Room was on 6th floor. Elevator to 3rd. 4th and 5th floor doesn't belong to hotel, so it is 50 years old, stinks a lot of humidity, you hardly breath there. And you have to go by foot. +5€ for a parking per motorbike. +10€ per person for a breakfast.

Location is great. Staff were great and check in was easy. However, I booked a one bedroom apartment with living room and got a studio with double bed and private bathroom.

Perfect location, a couple of minutes walk from the main square and a bit further to the old bizarre. Very clean and comfortable, good aircon for the summer months and lovely staff 😊

Nothing bad to say

The roon we stayed in was on the 6th floor and there was only an elavator up to the 3rd floor. We had to walk up the remaining floors. I will never stay again.
