Goede centrale ligging in hartje van de Oude Bassaar Wijk.
Badkamer stonk, achterstallig onderhoud en lawaai op de gang en hal goed hoorbaar.

Yekililer ve odadaki çift kişilik yatağın tek kişilik yataklarin birleşimi ile oluşmasından dolayi aradaki boşluk yüzünden yatak hiç konforlu değildi. Ayrıca odanın camı klima motorlarının olduğu boşluğa baktığı için gün ışığı ve temiz havaya ulaşım yoktu.

İşletme sahibi tam bir Türk düşmanı Türk dolu olmasına rağmen siz Türklerle sorun yaşıyorum deye bağırdı sorunumuz benden 251 tl fazla çekmiş olması yalancısınız diyip çıkıştı ama sonra banka hesaplarını görünce geri vites yaptı ben solisttim ve etrafımdaki takipçilerim dahil kimseye tavsiye etmiyeceğim bir sürü Türk olmasına rağmen kimse sesini bile çıkarmıyor adam resmen bizim paramızla bize hayvan muamelesi yapıyor tabikide yine suç bizde bunlara ödün veriyoruz bana verdikleri oda ve anahtarları resmen hostel kıvamında bile değildi tuvalet ve banyo asla hijyenik değildi Ne mutlu türküm diyene🇹🇷

The hotel rebooked us at the last minute to a neighboring hotel. When reading online this seems to be a quite common thing.

I loved the people who worked at AEN - the receptionist Ali is exceptionally hospitable; the cleaners became friends of mine despite the fact that we could not communicate due to language. The location was great, 5 min walk to centre of town, I love the Turkish atmosphere of the Bazaar. Breakfast was more than sufficient & healthy, and the restaurant had many tables. The room was perfect, it was quiet and comfortable. I did not want to leave Skopje because I enjoyed everything.

The room looks nice. I am glad that I have booked it only for 1 night. Free parking was fine.

The room was really dark.
It was a bit cold for me so I turned on the air conditioner - which was a mistake from my side. Small dirty pieces fell out from it and covered the bed, I think they have never cleaned it.
The half door of the shower was missing from the bathroom and if we did not close the door, a terrible smell came out from the bathroom.
The breakfast was poor - no juices, bacon, ham or salami, neither selection of vegetables.
We could hear every noise from upper floors.
I am really disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff , parking was provided by the hotel. Tasty breakfast, and cozy room.

-room wasn’t cleaned properly - not vacuumed
-low quality bed sheets
-room equipment not working - lamps, outlets
-small and dirty feeling bathroom
-very poorly poorly soundproofed room - we were woken up at 6:30 am every morning by the noise coming from the main corridor
-the lowest quality breakfast I have ever seen and with very poor selection
-creepy enterning street coming from the main road, we were afraid walking there at night
giving 6* just because of the price, otherwise would give 5

clean hotel located in the bazaar area, however no noise from the streets
some things need maintenance shower and some power sockets in room 207
both rooms i stayed had electricity switchboard making low lever buzzing noise - it doesn’t bother if you sleep with earplugs
there was some noise/music coming from stairway around 8am

Location was perfect next to the old bazaar and castle. Checked in at 3am was easy
There was only a thin sheet for covering and the duvet was stored in wardrobe without duvet cover
