Even it’s was a season for this area but they closes very early around 5:00 pm the sovenier shops, restaurants and cafes Far away from city center No grocery store nearby and difficult to reach only by car

Cleaning and making bed is not included while you will be having wet suitcases and boots thus the room could get sandy and wet

I like it’s proximity to the Santa Claus Village and also th whole aesthetic and feel when you’re in the property. Very cozy and comfortable.

The fire in fireplace doesn’t stay longer and a bit tricky to start.

Good location, very very nice rooms with panorama view in the bedroom, sauna for own use and a living room downstairs. The staff in the hotel and also in the included restaurant were very nice and helpful if we had any questions.

The rooms are beautiful but there is a lot to improve in terms of cleanliness and service.

Breakfast - mediocre. The dining tables were very dirty every morning, the dining room floor - dirty. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights - they didn't clean the room for four days and when we asked for it to be cleaned - they didn't clean it, they just made beds. Debris that was in the room was left there. Before the trip - I sent questions to the hotel regarding recommended activities and restaurants and they did not answer.

It is near to everything , so if you get tired or very cold you can go inside for few min .Breakfast very nice , good options .It is clean and cozy .

The Villa was perfect. Comfortable and enough space to move. The fireplace is awesome. The personnels are friendly. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family. We will visit again in future for sure. Thanks.

You can inform your guests if there is a probability to catch the Aurora Lights. After dinner it could be good idea to have some live music sometimes.

View from room was like a picture. Great to be able to lie in bed and look up at the sky. Bed in upstairs room was particularly comfortable

Modern equipment, beautiful location, ability to regulate the heating, reindeer next to the reception and a great restaurant at the hotel. All highlights (or start of many tours) are within walking distance.

The hotel is in a perfect location just few hundred meters from Santa House, it's amazing area, magic! staff were so helpful and supportive, room perfect as well. if i'll come back definetively will try to stay in the same place. perfect with family.

breakfast need to move from room hotel side to check in side, so you have to were quite well because need walk outside a little bit let's say 50meters. sleeping room are on 2 floors and stairs are wood made, so it's easy to make noice walking up and down.

Sauna and fireplace. We were lucky to look out to the forest. Good variety of food at breakfast buffet.

We could hear the people in the adjoining chalet, including a screaming toddler. Showers are not sealed, resulting in the majority of the bathroom floors becoming sodden. No toiletries supplied, nor kitchen staples, and nothing available to purchase. Only 1 towel per person, despite the sauna. The only fresh air available to the chalet is leaving open either the front door, or back deck door....clearly not an option at night! Staff have no interest in making your stay pleasant, and are totally inflexible. For example we couldn't take desserts to our room, nor our unfinished wine bottle. Such a disappointment. After the initial wow, just like the pictures, we felt like we were in a poorly serviced motel.

I rate the restaurant and its service at 5/5.The range of dishes is not large, but they are all great! All the ingredients are fresh and delicious!The waiters are attentive and efficient. The suite itself is simple, clean and corresponds to 5 stars - two floors, two bathrooms, a sauna and a beautiful view. Everything is simple and well done.

The breakfast selection was too poor. Although in general, this does not spoil the impression. I would like to see sugar substitutes and more greens in the menu. In the room you will not find toothbrushes, (but that's half the trouble, you can buy it in the shops of the village) there are no shower caps (and I couldn't buy them)you would have to go Rovaniemi by taxi or bus to buy them (You would have to spend at least half a day on this).For the price, this is a huge minus. The second drawback is that there are two bathrooms, but towels (two large and two for the face) are only on the second floor. Maybe this is an oversight of the clearing service, but this is a 5-star hotel! For cleaning rooms I will give -1 stars. We lived for 5 days and for all the time the cleaning crew never wiped the floor, never changed of towels and threw the old ones in a pile at the bottom, the assortment of teas was not replenished at all.
