The one at the reception want very friendly, but everything else was perfect

The man at the reception felt a bit rude and disrespectful

EXCESSIVELY POOR QUALTIY AND STALE. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK OUT OF THE LONG LISTED MENU LIMITED TO IDLI AND VADA.

Despite making upfront payment, we were told that no rooms were available. and were tricked to take their other hotel named hotel Azure. We being tired at 1AM had to give in to it. But this hotel is not at all advisable.

I have received the confirmation mail for hotel booking, but at reaching the hotel, they denied for any booking. I have look for another property at 9:30PM. This is very unfair and unethical.

Quality of the breakfast absolutely high (I love their indian specialities). Rooms very clean, with all amenities and the bed very comfortable. Dinner: please choose indian food, it is fantastic. But avoid pizzas

i stayed at this hotel with my wife and we loved it! I highly recommend this lovely hotel as the rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated

The service was really good. Im impressed with rooms and ambiance. The staff is well trained. As i was new in the city they helped me with various things. Definitely worth the money.👍🏻 The atmosphere is family friendly

Staff cleaned room after our arrival and made us wait for an hour! They reserved the room but didn’t have a suit available, gave us room that was just vacated Didn’t give confirmation even after booking.com intervened Very poor unprofessional approach To pricey for the service
