We did not have 1. air conditioning (38°C in Croatia), 2. double bed, 3. separate entrance, although we booked so. Landlady did not even know for how long we arrived and how many guest should arrive, so all the conditions were quite confusing... I would not recommend this apartment.

The host was very nice and welcoming. The host tried to keep everything clean.

It wasn't stated in the offer that the balcony is shared. We thought the balcony was exclusively for the room; it was the main reason why we booked. To our disappointment, both the balcony and the bathroom are shared between 4 double rooms (8 people). The bathroom had no window, had dysfunctional ventilation, and a low ceiling, so it was impossible to breathe inside. Another reason why we booked is because the offer claimed that the accommodation has air conditioning. That's not the case. There's only one air conditioning unit in the hallway to be somehow shared between 4 rooms (8 people), which is impossible. The accommodation is in the attic and it's very hot. That single air conditioning unit can't keep it cool. And it's also not nice to have to keep your room doors open to have some cold air (0 privacy). The host also woke us up one morning to make a copy of our key (it wasn't urgent or anything). It would be nice if she waited until we woke up. After all, if you come for a vacation, you don't want to be disturbed in the morning. All in all, we were very disappointed as soon as we came and we would leave immediately if there was any other accommodation available in the city, but, unfortunately, there wasn't.

Location is very easy to find, thanks to many clear indications on the road. Excellent light shielding at windows, so you are not forced to wake up at dawn. Nice and polite owners welcomed me late in the evening (10pm) and offerred me an excellent coffee in the morning. Shared WC is very clean, wide and comfortable.

My pillowcase was all stained, on both sides, I had to cover it with the towel. My room was next to the WC and, since there is no acoustic insulation among rooms, I spent the night listening to others flushing the toilet. The telephone number provided by Booking.com is a german number: I tried to call before my arrival, but nobody answered. You have to search on Google their actual croatian number, if you want to talk with the (nice and polite) staff. The "free private parking available" actually means to park along the road, in front of the property. In the description of the room was written "private entrance", but actually the entrance of my room was shared with other guests'.

No any soap :) Not use to take any with me, so had to have shower with water only :( But great place.

Everything was dirty - spider webs, dust, dirty bedding, etc.

The owner lady was very helpful and friendly. Price/benefit was very good. We were offered a whole apartment with no extra charge. Easy to find with navigation. If you're looking for a short stop during your travel, it's a vey good opportunity to have a rest in comfortable bed.

Apart for the price, there was nothing else I liked.

first of all we got other room, not the one we booked. In the room description it was stated that the room had it's own bathroom. In fact, the bathroom was a shared one, on the same floor. We didn't have any privacy. In the room there was only a sink, but not usable because it didn/t have the pipe. We have chosen the 3 bed room located at a lower floor because we were with a small child (6 months), instead we got a room at the last floor with 2 very difficult stairs. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff - they didn't speak english.

Frindly owner. She was helpful person. Nice view. Quiet place to sleep.

The room is awkward for tall people.
