when booking it did not mention that it was 6 flights of stairs. 76 all together. also the ceilings were very low and the beams made it very easy to bump your head.

No welcome pack or toiletries. We travel a lot and always get a good welcome pack (milk, bread, coffee, a treat etc) and toiletries and it was surprising to having nothing on arrival. Also the CD player doesn’t work. Suggest a modern speak that we and others can simply Bluetooth to and connect our Spotify.

Good location of the apartment!

Bad communication with the girl of the apartment. She did not send us the instructions for the checkin in advance… So we were not able to enter at the time expected. The quality of the beds was not good. We were missing blankets and it was really cold… We were missing towels too! We agree “late-checkout” as a favour (appreciated) and finally she did not informed us so we had to go quickly there to pick our bags and the new family was already in the house recording videos… With us and our things incide… At the end if the bathrooms are used at the same time, there is not warm water…

Very spacious, clean and equipped with all the staff you need. Friendly and helpful host. Location is brilliant as well the fitting and structure. Little terrace is a excellent spot during the night!

The air conditioning does not cope optimally with the heat outside during a heat wave in the summer, but not a big issue as you should be in the city at least during the day :)

Great place close to the Spanish steps. A lot of rooms.

No elevator. Some beds not really good standard.
