The sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CENTRAL IN THE TOWN. IT WAS CLEAN.

The flat was small and with the fold down bed open there was little room. The main problem is that it had two flights of stairs to climb which is fine when your are young but perhaps there could be a note in the information to say this.

We liked the location and the free parking outside the property which was safe on street parking. We got a message from owner about directions which was helpful.

There was an awful smell in the bathroom. almost unbearable had to leave the bathroom window open at all times. I received a message saying would be the downstairs room and it was the 3rd after two flights of steep stairs. The floor was slightly sticky too. The bell went off every few hours, it is loud and disturbing sleep for sure.

poor instruction to get to the flat, poor communication with host (unreachable by phone when we tried to find out why the key to the indicated flat didn’t work), smelly bathroom. uncomfortable and creaking sofa bed for two.

The flat is located in a very quiet part of the town, a few hundred meters away from the castle and the public gardens. The staff is very reactive and friendly.

Location was excellent, close to the town and in a quiet area, but only a short walk from the main centre of Cognac. This is a super apartment, ideal for a short stay in this lovely city.

bed slightly squeaky but other than that, brilliant

The warm welcoming from Nicolas( delicate attention in case we wouldn't have been able to get a dinner as we arrived late on a Sunday evening), the cleanliness and good taste of the studio where nothing was missing, the calm environnment

The stairs (studio 3) which can be a problem for someone who has difficulties to walk or to climb .Definitely not good for disabled people.
