Decent size room, nicely decorated, comfy bed. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Value for money and east access to Cognac.

No bacon with the breakfast but other than that it was a nice spread.

The staff was super attentive to every request. Even providing transportation to the train station at the end of my work day. Located just across the street from the pool and near great restaurants. The room was very clean, and so comfortable I felt like I was at home!

Très bon accueil ... en toute simplicité mais il y a encore un contact ( on ne parle pas à un mur) TRES IMPORTANT !! Très bel établissement , très belle déco, rien ne manque , tout est pensé pour passer un bon séjour... A refaire , nous reviendrons à cette adresse et en ferons part à nos proches .. sans hésitation!!!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et donnent directement sur l'extérieur, el lien direct avec la parking privatif : très agréable et très pratique

J'ai apprécié l'accueil souriant et sympathique. Très bonne literie et très propre partout.

Breakfast was very good. Great tea and assortment of fresh food. The staff were very nice. Very helpfull. . And a safe place to park my Moto

We booked late the night before and wish we’d booked for more nights. A really, really comfortable stay in a fantastically run hotel. Sébastien runs the place superbly - he’s kind, considerate, works so hard (he does everything!) and he speaks excellent English! And allowed me to try my French! There is a really lovely pool in the garden and the pictures don’t do the place justice. As it is very clean, neat and all extra facilities well catered for (soaps, towels, AC etc ). We had a fab breakfast too! Parking spaces located right beside the hotel. Cognac is a 20-25 minute flat walk and we would recommend the Le CoQ D’or for good food and service.
