It was close to our family

The walls were dirty, some of our towels were dirty, the shower curtain was dirty. Definitely not a continental breakfast and was super minimal and did not get refilled while we were there meaning they ran out of eggs and sausage and no one bothered to refill them. I noticed the cereal stayed on the counter the entire time, so wasn’t sure if it was stale. While we were relaxing in our room, we had the curtains opened and a truck backed into our window, which cracked the wall, especially around the AC unit. We did notify the front desk of what had happened…worried the hotel might try and charge us for the AC unit. The hotel staff never bother to check on us to see if we were OK or even offered another room….my kids were pretty shook up cause their bed was right by the window. Because of the incident and not feeling cared by the staff we decided to check out early. We don’t plan on staying there again

The location was easy to reach and easy to get to other places to eat.

The room smelled horrible. Smelled liked someone smoked in a "non-smoking" room. The curtain by the window looked like it had been caught on fire. The pillow cases on the bed were disgusting. It had black marks all over it. One was stained yellow from smoke im sure. The bath tub was black and disgusting. it looked like no one really cleaned the whole place. and to top it all off... a cockroach... nope... the reviews saying this place is "great" were a lie.
