The room smelled musty, the couch had a stain on it. The tub paint peeled a lot, toilet seat wood chipped. Staff great!!

We had a good stay, staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the loud music playing at 2:45am. It was on for a while until they turned it down.

The people at the front desk werd friendly. The free breskfadg was real goo. Lived the indoor heated pool and the jacuzzi

Employees are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious but hotel overall needs upkeep and to be better maintained as walls were patched from previous water damaged, sofas/chairs/carpets were stained and dirty-looking. Beds were comfortable with nice flat screen TV. Breakfast was less than desirable but self-serve waffle was good. Location is not easy to access. I suppose you get what you pay for and since this hotel was cheaper than all others in the area, it was not high quality. Would rather pay a bit more to stay somewhere a little nicer.

Hotel staff/owners are all very friendly, helpful and patient-(even at 2:30am), hotel is clean and quiet with very comfy beds with amazing puffy pillows - plus, a cool looking restaurant almost adjoined to the hotel (but we did not get the chance to eat there). Location is a little isolated - but probably adds to the quiet.

My stay was very nice clean,rooms breakfast was 👌 as always. The one thing that I didn't like was the fact that you couldn't take breakfast to the room I stayed a couple of weeks ago it wasn't that

The hotel was nice except the shower head broken in the bathtub. Had to hold the shower head to wash up

The property was off the beaten path but was a good deal for the money. Breakfast served daily. Coffee 24 hourstday. Worst pillows that I ever slept on. The hideaway bed was nice but the air conditioning unit needed updating. The air flow was centralized on the side of the room next to the window so poor air flow.

Garrett at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Shower head was broken so I had to hold the shower extension to wash my hair.
Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and polite. Good price!

The property is older and a bit worn. Not what I’d call a “nice hotel.” But it was cheaper than many of the other hotels in the nearby vicinity, so that is likely why. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great. Kids loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.

Elevator had a horrible smell. Room was hot. Didn’t feel safe to stay with my family due to homeless people hanging around the front of the building

The property needs A definite facelift however I’m from Burleson and I was just visiting my dad, so it worked for what I needed. Staff was very nice. Even the landscaping was not good

The Room was clean and cool, and I felt very welcomed when I was greeted at the front door for check in.

Great location right off the highway but the rooms were dirty. There was hair all over in the shower and all over the carpet as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. The freezer had old nasty food froze in it and the couch bed mattress was very worn down and needing replaced.

Our room with jetted tub had a ceiling bubble that was dripping towards the end of our stay. There was no one at the desk when we checked out to tell that. The ice machine left black ice too, which wasn’t pleasant.

We stayed 2 nights. All rooms are large with a king bed and pull out couch. The room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but staff was kind enough to change our room. We were warned about some damage on curtains and carpet, so not surprised there. But then the pull out couch had used sheets with old popcorn all over. Staff provided clean sheets. Don’t have high expectations with this hotel. However, Gavin, the front desk person was kind, friendly and made us feel so welcome!

I booked my stay and I made a mistake booked the wrong date, they where nice enough to fix that for us. But o my, is this a dirty place there is no Quality in this, it looked like a cheap Motel where you would find Dru@ addict@ do not waste your money its terrible

Rude Manager!
Rooms were disgusting, outdated. Couldn’t rest after a 24hr shift. I was called 5 times to move rooms. Missed my granddaughters lunch with little compassion over their mistakes. I had to request to be left alone to sleep! Carpets dirty. Manager lied saying she caught my dogs peeing in the elevator. I requested to see and she said make a police report then I could see. My dogs are afraid of the elevator so I knew she lied.
Lack of communication.
Would not recommend this place.

Comfortable, staff available; condition of room was okay, but small things added up to not so great- like shower curtain was too small for rod, couldn't open/close it easily, water everywhere; didn't clean room during a two night stay, and very noisy.

Felipa and her staff make you feel so welcomed here, it’s like visiting family. Despite the fact the hotel does need updating, it is very clean and the vibe is amazing!! In the lobby, the pool, the breakfast room everyone was always talking to each other as they’ve known each other for years! Because Felipe and her staff make it feel like home! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Smelled of marijuana upstairs. There was food across the hall in the vending room that had just been sitting there the whole time and smelled rotten. The tub was chipped and cracked and the grout near the bottom was chipping out too.
The pool and hot tub were not open, which was one of our biggest reasons for booking an indoor pool. No bedding for pullout couch and had to make 2 trips for extra towels for the 5 of us, that were on the reservation, as there was only enough for 3.
