We stsyed in the hotel room and we really liled the bathtub and the pools. Was not so busy and we enjoyed a lot.

We didn’t like the smell from the room. Smell of mold in the walls and bedshits.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens and the villas were private. The free shuttle to the centre was great. Loved the classes and spa services.

The food wasn’t great, smoothie bowl was inedible and had queried it first was told one thing and served something else. Eggs Benedict was watery poached eggs on un toasted muffin. Room was a bit outdated and had cobwebs in the corners of the room. Our Villa was close to the entrance so we got a bit of noise / music from the neighbors on two nights.

Everything was perfect. Staff were amazing and helpful. They always went the extra mile for you. The pool was cleaned everyday also. Their WhatsApp concierge was a smart idea to have, and they were always responsive. The villa was perfect to say the least, the bed was comfy, the AC was perfect, nice TV, great shower, nice jacuzzi, pool was refreshing and clean. Overall, perfect experience.

This was an extraordinary holiday BECAUSE of the wonderful resort and people looking after us!!! Thank you! We will return!!!

Nothing

We did not realize that Nyuh Bali resort was so big. We 'explored' the resort on our 3rd. day and were pleasantly surprised by what we found. There were little gems of hidden places in the garden where you can enjoy spa and/or rest. The variaton and the quality of the menu and food was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite.

The Nyuh Bali resort is located on the outskirts of Ubud and accesible via a very bad road. If you want to go to the center of Ubud, the resort provides a shuttle bus, but then you have to commit to a time schedule for back and forth. Or you could take a taxi or Grab. It's not only this problem but also the traffic jam one encounters when travelling back and forth to Ubud and the resort.

The property is so incredibly beautiful with all the luscious plants and surroundings. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and so clean and well-maintained. The wellness classes are a lovely addition. I'd definitely stay here again. The location is about 15-20 min south of Ubud centre but there is a free shuttle that goes in and out of the centre on a schedule. Mind you, you could also just choose to stay at the resort and not leave because it's so lovely.

I loved everything about Ubud Nyuh and would rate it 12 out of 10 if at all possible. From the amazing friendly and professional staff, to the beautiful room, delicious food and outstanding wellness program available. Last the service at Mahamaya Spa is truly wonderful with high quality oil and the good place and ambience....they serve over than a price, very recommended try A massages during your stay

I only stayed 1 night but wish it had been more. The staff were welcoming, attentive and went out of their way to assist me in any way they could. My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet. The food served in the restaurant was the best I had in Bali. Was very difficult to leave... Warmly recommended

Bit of a damp smell in the room because there’s a pool outside and it’s very humid.

First time visit was in 2018 for a week and loved our stay at Ubud Nyuh Bali. Then years later this resorts still the first place in mind when we’re planning to go to Bali. Thankfully things were perfect everytime we stayed there. Such a romantic and lovely rooms, Everything was ALWAYS perfect & amazing, I’ll forever remember this Resorts !

Ubud Nyuh over-exceeded our expectations. We were blown away with this incredible place. Our room was incredible - we had our own pool which was beautiful, and an outdoor bathroom which at first worried me because of bugs/heat but was actually so nice! I got to shower under the stars or in the day I would look up and see the birds and the sun and the coconut trees, it was amazing. The staff go above and beyond and treat you like royalty. They provided a free shuttle service into town with brand new Van, We also loved the restaurant and SPA, it was all 10/10! We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and high class service.

- restaurant is so bad especially lunch/ dinner menu. Had dinner once and regretted it. Lack of proper restaurant is the only reason why I wouldn’t book this place again - breakfast a bit disorganised. Had to wait quite long to place an order and nothing really was explained properly - it’s a 20-30 min drive to the city. They provide regular shuttle but mind there’s nothing around the property. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere. You need to rely on the shuttle or rent scooter/car - the whole resort is a bit outdated you can see in in the rooms, spa, restaurant. It is maintained but defo requires a major refresh

Spa treatment was AMAZING! Dayu gave awesome massage. Best facial of my life by Dewi at clinic. Front desk staff lovely, morning walk is peaceful, shuttle to town convenient.

On initial check in property is super pretty with relaxing vibes but whole resort is quite dated, could use a refresh… Breakfast staff quite inattentive, service was not explained, cups/utensils not replenished, 20+ minute wait for order to be taken. Only 4 spirits in restaurant…

We stayed at Ubud Nyuh Bali for our honeymoon and our experience was really positive. The Staff and the services provided were incredible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give 10/10 to the front office team. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable,The resort is very clean, quiet and perfect for honeymooners or someone looking for a quiet escape. We would come back here again next year and highly recommend it to the couples or families.

Ubud Nyuh Bali is a unique resort with amazing wellness activites,amazing spa & memorable ambience . The resort is calm and the staff started doing their work with smiles on their faces. A gem.

Breakfast was great. Room was lovely. My next door neighbours were quite loud though and there was no soundproofing so it was a little hard to remain peaceful. Keep in mind the rooms are not soundproof.

Noise

I loved that the property felt secluded away from the noise of the busy streets. It was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast options were amazing!! I would visit again when I return.

There was construction directly across from my room, so some times it was loud. After several days in my room it started to feel a little dusty and stuffy, so I had to open the patio door to try to get a fresh flow of air.

Stayed there twice and will be back. So tranquil, relaxing and staff super amazing

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Long wait for check in - arrived at 1500 hrs and staff made us wait an hour for check in. No drink or refreshment offered during hot long wait. Restaurant - poor quality of food. One morning arrived at buffet breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes for more fresh fruit and food to be brought out as all food completely gone - and waiters forgot our “mains” order.

We booked last minute and got a great deal - the daily yoga and breath work classes were great, the views and pool was amazing - wish we had more time here and in Ubud

It’s 20mins below the centre of Ubud. They offer a free shuttle, but it still wasn’t a great base with most of the temples, restaurants and waterfalls being in Ubud centre or north of ubud. Still I would stay again for a few nights!
