Schönes Zimmer, ausreichende Größe, das wichtigste da was man braucht, ruhig gelegen

Een ruime kamer met eigen keuken en badkamer.
Dat is zelf maar toiletpapier moest gaan kopen toen het op was. Een onvriendelijke manager die zich moeilijk opstelde. Toen hij mij nariep dat hij dat toiletpapier wel zou halen dan, hoefde het van mij niet meer. Ik moest 5 km reizen naar het centrum om het zelf te kopen. Voor de prijs van het korte verblijf had ik dit niet verwacht.

I guess visually its pretty nice, and there were little packages of coffee when we came so that was nice.
Many things so i’ll list them:
First of all if you get a room facing the industry area, that sucks cause there’s not much sun and not a great view - but thats a small thing.
The bed was so annoying because it’s a couple of single beds put together - so they kept drifting away when we tried to lay together as a couple.
There is not a lot of space and the fridge is very badly placed as you cant open the freezer unless you pull it out of its room.
Cooking facilities were okay but personally i think that there should be baking paper at least.
The shower head was broken so it worked poorly and water came out from around.
Location is very very boring, luckily though, tram station is 2 minutes away, so we could easily get out of there.
There is absolutely no staff around, only for an hour between 8-9am which is just not good enough. Vacuum cleaners were so big and so bad. No soap available for the washing machines.
TV is completely useless, no channels and too complicated to set up with macbook. They should invest in chromecast.

Checkout instructions could have been explicit. We assumed we should follow the same process as in check-in but we weren’t sure of it.

very nice landing spot. a bit outside, but I found it to be advantegous. very clean with a very typical Scandinavic design, which I like. and also a very spacious terrace

The apartment was perfect for what I needed (1 month stay). I felt completely at home and was able to relax and be comfortable. The temperature of the room was easy to control and the the small touches like lamps for reading and dimmer lights made relaxing in the evening very easy. The facilities were great, washing machines, dryers, as well as common areas with pool table, darts etc. The location is fine, very close to the Letbane tram stop and various bus routes, and therefore so easy to get around. But the location isn’t in the city centre, so might not be ideal for some visitors.

Clean, fresh, spacious for studio, cosy,. Can collect clean new linen for bed and bath when needed (although would be nice if it was dropped off by cleaning team but only needed to change once every few days. Staff were friendly and helpful with keeping rooms since we booked different rooms at different dates . It was nice experience and stay very clean and mattress and bed comfortable and clean but its separate beds joined together. . Make sure you do food shopping and cleaning supplies since there's fridge and kitchen.
Kitchen items need be updated very old, saucepan quite off putting to cook with. Severely lacking cleaning supplies had to buy.. Had to go public shared space for mob, there was only one in entire building was inadequate cleaning resources. Would be nice if each room had own cleaning supplies instead venturing out. Would be nice if washing machine was inside the rooms instead also leaving room to public shared place was So much hassle. Door was absolutely heavy and strong to open and close. In our situation we needed hospital so it was good for us in that moment however if it was for holiday wouldn't be nice UNLESS YOU HAVE RENTED OR OWN CAR THEN YOU CAN DRIVE ANYWEHRR BUT VERY DIFFICULT WITHOUT CAR. Unless you enjoy catching bus and metro train which is close to hotel.
Tv is useless, no channels not a smart TV so Netflix or something. But room has WiFi.

An Excellent well equipped apartment that is good value for money.
They need to sort out the check in system. I had a long phone call to get my drop box number even after writing repeated emails. I later noticed other guests having the same issues. There are no staff on site so please message people with the details before they arrive.

The rooms have all the comfort you need for at short stay
We had reserved 2 rooms, and one had not been cleaned after the prior guest. We came late at night and there are noone from the management you can reach per email or phone before the next day so we slept in the dirty room. The next night, we locked ourselves out of the room by accident, and all our things were in the room except my phone. We tried to reach management without any luck. They reacted the next day 10 hours after the incident. The hotel is ok, but there is a lack of response if something goes wrong and you only receive a voice mail if you call the number at the reception.

Location was good.
The room was meant to have a single bed. You added a second bed so we could barely open the closet door. The mirror on the inside was essentially unusable because couldn't open the door enough. There was no power outlet in the bathroom so that mirror was of no use drying my hair. With the mostly useless closet, there was no place to hang our coats. No hooks anywhere.
Didn't get the code via email. Tried calling several times but only got a person when we pressed the number for an emergency and still we never received the code. Someone was kind enough to let us in but we still had to call to get the code for the lock box to get our keys.

The instructions to retrieve the key to the room were spot on. However, we were a bit confused with where to enter the door code. There is a big fire alarm box to the right of entry door that we initially thought was the place to enter the door code. But quickly realized that the door code pad was to the left side of the entry door. The keys were inside the lock box in the basement, as described. The property manager was EXTREMELY helpful and answered all our questions prior to arrival. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this property and would highly recommend. It is outside the old city but we had a car, so no problem. I think there is a train stop in the near area for those without a car.
We were in Apt. 8 and I think that instruction on where to find apartment 8 could have been better communicated. Single digit rooms are location outside the building. And, apartment 8 was actually in the back of the building. It was a bit confusing at night. We wandered around for a long time trying to find the room and had to ask other guests where our room was, which no one knew. Room in the front of the building are odd numbers, room in the rear of the building are even numbers.

The rooms are ok
We were stranded in the lobby because we did not receive the Roomnumber and the Code for the keylocker, NOBODY was reachable by phone, NOBODY answered our e-Mails. This continues - NOBODY can be reached and we need an invoice for our company! There is an accountability by law and they are surely not fulfilling this! Please dear team fo Booking, urge them to provide sufficient information and contact!

I did not receive room number, code for the door or any information on how to get the keys in advance. Had to call the booking manager when I arrived.
I even wrote them a message the day before asking about check in etc. and it was never answered.

It's comfortable, convenient and good value. It was good to be able to cook our food rather than go to restaurants every night. Transportation to the town centre was convenient.
The only problem we had was a booking.com problem. They didn't send the correct information we needed to check in and get our keys. It isn't a hotel with a reception desk so you need a code to get your key from a box. Booking.com didn't send us the right code. But nice people at the place helped us and all was fine.

Rooms are tidy and kitchen is well equiped
The customer support doesn't EXIST! They don't answer the phone and it took 3 days of writing back and forth, and actually contacting booking.com in order to get simple invoice. If something is missing or broken in the apartments - don't expect it ever to be fixed during your stay, you simply won't be able to reach their customer service.
