- the way the washroom was constructed in the standard room (who thought having a toilet like that was a good idea?) was something you would only expect in 1-star hotel.

Everything was great. Lowest price room had a bog stand alone tub, robes, slippers, chocolates, little port wine bottles, water bottles all complimentary. Lovely room all around. Was surprised

Location to airport is great. Facilities were very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Best one we have had in Europe.

ME foi dito que receberia um kit de desayuno para levar já que precisei fazer o check out 3h da manhã por conta do vôo. NADA me foi oferecido. Paguei o café da manhã e não usufrui.

Voor een korte enkele nacht is 180 euro voor een (eenpersoons) kamer wel flink aan de prijs. Je kiest dan echt meer voor gemakkelijk omdat je dan het drukke verkeer van en naar Lissabon vermijd. En je verwacht een aparte badkamer, maar het was een matglazen afscheiding voor douche en toilet (met wat vlekken).

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou, pedimos para mudar de quarto e nós colocaram num quarto inferior em que o ar condicionado também não funcionava. Claramente o hotel está limitando a capacidade do ar condicionado central para economizar e alguns quartos ficam prejudicados. Passamos muito calor. De madrugada nos deram um ventilador para aguentar o calor. Não recomendo a ninguém. Por sorte ficamos somente 1 noite. A cama também é dura.

Very close to the airport, we caught our early morning flight easily after a good breakfast!

Excelente hotel proximo ao aeroporto. Quartos super limpos e com tudo que precisamos disponível para passar uma boa noite ou algumas horas de sono. Café da manhã EXCELENTE! Inicio as 04:00 hs. Equipe muito cortez. Check-in e Check-out muito prático e rápido. Voltarei mais vezes, quando necessário fazer conexão longa em Lisboa.

Availability of shuttle to and from airport should be stated. We only found out after we had dragged heavy suitcases down hill to hotel. Did use shuttle back to airport next day- excellent prompt service

I've stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels all over the world. The Melia exceeded our expectations on every level. The curtained bathtub was a huge surprise, the free breakfast ( in which we never partake as they're just too pedestrian) was exemplory! Even Demerara sugar was available and cinnamon for my yogurt and museli. Everyone across the board was helpful and professional. Thank you for everything!

I had a great stay at the Melia during a long layover in Lisbon with my three year old daughter. They gave complementary cookies and coloring pencils/book and even a small porto in the room! Exceptional customer service and a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the airport. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, well-appointed facilities, and a comfortable room. Extremely convenient for long stopovers in Lisbon, as the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the airport.

Great location. Comfy & quiet room. Good breakfast. Easy checkout. Nice touch having tea & coffee making facilities in room & pastel de natas on arrival. We would have loved to have had more time to make use if more facilities.

Great location for Airport access, on site bar and restaurant are very good. Staff very friendly.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, could not sleep at all, window did not seal properly so highway noise was loud.

Sehr nah am Flughafen. Da es leider bei der Abreise geregnet hat war ich froh über den angebotenen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr aufmerksam, das Essen war ganz gut.

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht so sauber wie ich es von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet hätte ( Spritzer an der Tür, gelblich verfärbte WC Brille, unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche).
