Overall, the house was exactly what we expected. We encountered a few minor problems but nothing that derailed the week. The rental management team took a long time responding to concerns/issues we had regarding a back up in the master shower. We were able to find a work around before hearing back from them, several days later. I would recommend a deeper clean on the A/C vents as they blow black dust bunnies all over the bed (sleepers too) when they turn on. Should be a quick and easy fix. Other than that, the house was clean and suited our family of 4 comfortably for the week.

After walking up and down the boardwalk from this Vrbo location, this is the perfect spot! Short walk to Belmont Park, restaurants, and quick marts. To the South, the houses are larger and the beach much more crowded with younger generations. This Vrbo is the perfect place for families. The cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at!

Everything about the house and the location was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean. The A/C was excellent. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the front patio and had dinner out there every night. The beach access was perfect especially for traveling with an infant. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue was the WiFi. We connected an ethernet cable from the modem to the television in the living room to prevent buffering on the stream. Once we did that, everything was perfect.

Small but sufficient for no more than 5 adults and 2 children. Barely parking for two vehicles, maybe 2 subcompacts. Little to no hot water in main bathroom shower. TV operates off of Wifi and would constantly lose wifi connection after 10-20 minutes and you had to login again. Would not book this location again.

This is our 2nd summer renting this property and the owners have done some nice upgrades. The decor is more modern, kitchen table and beach amenities all were notably better than last year. Well stocked kitchen appliances - cute front yard. Only downsides I saw was the need to sweep the front porch from the pine needles that fell and the flies- both hard to correct. The front door bolt was a little tricky to open the front deadbolt. Would stay here again

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. The proximity to the beach, Belmont and shops is perfect. Plenty of beach toys and towels are provided. We will stay here again.

We stayed at Beach & Bay to celebrate our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. This is the perfect location. Steps from the ocean and steps from the bay. The house was clean and neighborhood was as well. Beautiful patio to sit outside and spacious inside living area. We will definitely stay here again!

After researching, this property was the best for my families needs. Unfortunately we did not get to bring our beagle but I can see that this would have been perfect for her. All the rooms have air conditioning to suit everyone’s need. Location is great near everything within walking distance. Looking forward to coming back next year. Wish we could’ve stayed longer this year.

We LOVED our stay in this great bungalo by the beach. It has a wonderful floorplan and is super clean and well stocked The location was perfect! Our only complaint was weak internet so tv didnt work well. Overall, FABULOUS.....we will be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. This is not a duplex or triplex. This is a complete little house. Has 3 bedrooms and accommodated or group of 6 perfectly. Kitchen opens up to a great patio with a nice table and built in gas grill. Has a great little walkway to the beach from the patio gate. Best of all this house has parking for 3 cars. After staying here I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else for our next trip to San Diego.

The house was convenient for our group of 4 seniors. It was single level and easy to go to and from the beach. It was a single family house so we didn't have to deal with loud neighbors. It had a nice outdoor patio with table. And the beds were very comfortable. We all agree it deserves a 5 star rating.

Great location and is the perfect stand-alone bungalow for the beach! It has all the amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation and is steps from the sand. Would definitely stay here again. The only "issue" we had was the bedroom window curtains are very sheer and there is a motion light on the house next door that lights up the bedrooms at night, so bring an eye cover if you are sensitive to waking up.

This is a charming property within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Communication with rental office was great and our few issues were immediately taken care of. As many have mentioned water pressure in the master is zero to none. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Location is amazing! Walking distance to the Pink Park where our kids love to play, the Bay, the Beach and Belmont Park! 2 Parking spots also terrific if guests want to visit for the day. Only downsides were many of the boogie boards were broken and not discarded, and for some reason the air conditioning (so key to have even at the Beach when it's hot) would be on full blast or not at all in one of the bedrooms. Only discovered that the last night.

The home has in a great location between beach and bay. I wish we could give a zero star rating. The master shower had no hot water or water pressure. When we contacted the management company on day one,their response was- we’ll send a plumber. A plumber NEVER showed up during our 4 day stay, so all the adults had to shower in the second bathroom. Keep in mind that this home sleeps six, can you imagine the inconvenience! On our last day, the toilet backed up into the shower ! I suppose we should feel lucky this didn’t happen on day one! I sent a message to management and got the same response-we’ll send a plumber. What a joke! In addition, the hand towel in the kitchen was literally a rag shredded at one end, with no additional towels available. There weren’t enough bath towels, literally two in the entire house that sleeps six!! We actually had to use beach towels. And the ice maker was broken. The owner refused to compensate us for all the issues stated. Completely unprofessional way to handle something that could of been remediated so easily. After staying in VRBO properties over a dozen times we have to say this was the most disappointing experience .
